Elizabeth Cornwallis was the daughter of Sir William Cornwallis and Lucy Neville.1 She married, firstly, Sir William Sandys, son of Sir Walter Sandys and Lady Mabel Wriothesley, in 1592.1 She married, secondly, Richard Lumley, 1st Viscount Lumley of Waterford, son of Roger Lumley and Anne Kurtwich, on 11 May 1630.1 She died circa 31 January 1657/58.1 She was buried on 2 February 1657/58.1
From 1592, her married name became Sandys. After her marriage, Elizabeth Cornwallis was styled as Viscountess Lumley of Waterford on 11 May 1630. From 11 May 1630, her married name became Lumley.

Anne Cornwallis was the daughter of Sir William Cornwallis and Lucy Neville.1 She married Archibald Campbell, 7th Earl of Argyll, son of Colin Campbell, 6th Earl of Argyll and Lady Anne Keith, on 30 November 1610 at St. Botolph's, Bishopsgate, London, EnglandG.1 She died on 12 January 1634/35 at Drury Lane, London, EnglandG.1 She was buried on 13 January 1634/35 at St. Martin-in-the-Fields Church, Covent Garden, London, EnglandG.1
After her marriage, Anne Cornwallis was styled as Countess of Argyll on 30 November 1610. From 30 November 1610, her married name became Campbell. She was an authoress of some note.1
