Sir Charles Browne, 2nd Bt. was born between 1663 and 1671.1 He was the son of Sir Henry Browne, 1st Bt. and Frances Somerset.1 He married Mary Pitt, daughter of George Pitt and Jane Savage, before 1694.1 He died on 20 December 1751 at Clarges Street, London, EnglandG.1 He was buried on 24 December 1751 at Kidlington, Oxfordshire, EnglandG.1 His will was proven (by probate) in December 1751.1
He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Browne, of Kiddington, co. Oxford [E., 1659] in 1689.1

Mary Pitt was the daughter of George Pitt and Jane Savage.1 She married Sir Charles Browne, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Henry Browne, 1st Bt. and Frances Somerset, before 1694.1 She died in August 1739.1
