Alan Louis Charles Bullock, Baron Bullock was born on 13 December 1914 at Trwobridge, Wiltshire, EnglandG.2 He was the son of Reverend Frank Allen Bullock.1 He married Hilda Yates Handy, daughter of Edwin Handy, in 1940.1 He died on 2 February 2004 at age 89.2
