Blanche Kavanagh was born circa 1850.1 She was the daughter of Thomas Henry Kavanagh, V.C.1 She married, firstly, Colonel Francis Newland Martin Maynard on 31 December 1869 at Lucknow, IndiaG.1 She married, secondly, John Long, son of Walter Long and Lady Mary Carnegie, on 19 January 1892 at Benares, IndiaG.1 She died on 27 September 1933 at Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.1
Circa 1858 she was a survivor of the Siege of Lucknow.1 From 31 December 1869, her married name became Maynard.1 From 19 January 1892, her married name became Long.1
