Catherine March Phillipps1

Catherine March Phillipps was the daughter of Thomas March Phillipps and Susan Lisle.1,2 She married, firstly, Hon. Edward Spencer Cowper, son of George Nassau Clavering-Cowper, 3rd Earl Cowper and Hannah Anne Gore, on 23 May 1808.1,2 She married, secondly, Reverend G. A. Hamilton on 29 January 1827.2 She died in 1830, without issue.2
From 23 May 1808, her married name became Cowper.1 From 29 January 1827, her married name became Hamilton.2

Hon. Henry Frederick Cowper was born on 18 April 1836.1 He was the son of George Augustus Frederick Cowper, 6th Earl Cowper and Anne Florence Weddell, Baroness Lucas.1 He died on 10 November 1887 at age 51.1
He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Hertfordshire between 1865 and 1885.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)2
