Lucy Ussher Greer1

Lucy Ussher Greer was born in 1836.2 She was the daughter of William Jackson Greer and Margaret Ussher.1 She married, firstly, Henry Davis, son of Francis Davis and Rebecca Goff, on 7 April 1857.2 She married, secondly, Colonel Hampden Acton, son of Reverend Thomas Acton and Sidney Elizabeth Evans, on 22 January 1868.1 She died on 16 July 1894.1
From 7 April 1857, her married name became Davis. From 22 January 1868, her married name became Acton.

He was educated at Royal Naval College, Osborne, Isle of Wight, EnglandG.1 He was invested as an Officer, Legion d'Honneur.1 He served during the Naval Attaché between 1915 and 1917 at Paris, FranceG.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of St Michael and St George (C.M.G) in 1918.1 He served during the Naval Attaché between 1918 and 1920 at Tokyo, JapanG.1 He was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun of Japan 3rd Class.1 He gained the rank of Commander and Acting Captain in the Royal Navy.1

Ruby Stevenson1

Ruby Stevenson was the daughter of James Stevenson.1 She married, firstly, Lieutenant Percy Crabtree.1 She married, secondly, Captain Fitzmaurice Massey Acton, son of Colonel Hampden Acton and Lucy Ussher Greer, on 7 May 1910.1 She died on 20 February 1965.1
Her married name became Crabtree. From 7 May 1910, her married name became Acton.
