Alfred Joseph Thoburn McGaw and Sylvia Inez Pakenham Johnstone, on 20 November 1947.1 He and Anne Pauline Thoburn McGaw were divorced in 1953.1 He married, secondly, Naomi Blanche Thoburn McGaw, daughter of John Thoburn McGaw and Pauline Blanche Tate, on 3 October 1955.1 He died on 14 March 2000 at age 81 at Norwich, Norfolk, England G.
He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England G.1 He was (an unknown value) at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, England G.1 He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Scots Fusiliers.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He lived in 1965 at Hunters Moon, Cookham Dean, Berkshire, England G.1

Alfred Joseph Thoburn McGaw and Sylvia Inez Pakenham Johnstone.1 She married Major George Molesworth Salvin Bowlby, son of Russell Frank Bowlby and Mary Dene, on 20 November 1947.1 She and Major George Molesworth Salvin Bowlby were divorced in 1953.1 She died in 1974 at Sussex, England G, in a car crash.
She was a practising solicitor. From 20 November 1947, her married name became Bowlby.

He married Sylvia Inez Pakenham Johnstone, daughter of Colonel Hope Johnstone and Lilian Ada Stocker.2 He died on 8 February 1984 at age 83 at St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands G.
He was educated at Charterhouse School, Godalming, Surrey, England G. He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Rifle Brigade. He lived at St. Leonard's Forest, Sussex, England G.1
