Mary Harriet MacNeile1

Mary Harriet MacNeile was the daughter of John MacNeile and Charlotte Lavinia Dallas.2,3 She married Hugh MacCalmont Cairns, 1st Earl Cairns, son of William Cairns and Rosanna Johnston, on 9 May 1856.1 She died on 29 October 1919.1
Her married name became Cairns. After her marriage, Mary Harriet MacNeile was styled as Baroness Cairns of Garmoyle on 27 February 1867. After her marriage, Mary Harriet MacNeile was styled as Countess Cairns on 27 September 1878.

Hugh John Vaughan Campbell of Cawdor, 6th Earl Cawdor of Castlemartin was born on 6 September 1932.1 He was the son of John Duncan Vaughan Campbell of Cawdor, 5th Earl Cawdor of Castlemartin and Wilma Mairi Vickers.2 He married, firstly, Cathryn Hinde, daughter of Maj.-Gen. Hon. Sir William Robert Norris Hinde and Evelyn Muriel Wright, on 19 January 1956.1 He and Cathryn Hinde were divorced in 1979.1 He married, secondly, Angelica Gräfin Lazansky von Bukowa, daughter of Prokop Graf Lazansky von Bukowa, on 28 December 1979.1 He died on 20 June 1993 at age 60.3

He married, secondly, Ann Elizabeth Gillmore, daughter of Colonel Argyle Henry Gillmore, in 1973.1 He and Ann Elizabeth Gillmore were divorced in 1986. He died on 3 December 2019 at age 77.3
