Andrew Wesley Daubeney de Moleyns, 8th Baron Ventry was born on 28 May 1943.2 He is the son of Hon. Francis Alexander Innys Eveleigh-de Moleyns and Joan Wesley.2 He married, firstly, Nelly Edouard Renée Chaumillon, daughter of Abel Chaumillon, on 26 February 1963.2 He and Nelly Edouard Renée Chaumillon were divorced in 1979.2 He married, secondly, Jill Rosemary Oram, daughter of Cecil Walter Oram, in 1983.2
He was given the name of Sir Andrew Wesley Eveleigh-de Moleyns at birth.2 He was educated at Aldenham School, Elstree, Hertfordshire, EnglandG.2 He was a farmer in 1961.2 In 1966 his name was legally changed to Andrew Wesley Daubeney de Moleyns by Deed Poll.1 He was a director of Burgie Lodge Farms Ltd in 1970.2 He was marketing manager of Unico (UK) Ltd.2
He succeeded as the 8th Baron Ventry, of Ventry, co. Kerry [I., 1800] on 7 March 1987.2 He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Mullins, of Ventry, co. Kerry [I., 1797] on 7 March 1987.2
