Eveline Anstey Bennett1

Eveline Anstey Bennett was the daughter of Reverend Edmund Thomas Bennett.2 She married Francis Edward Drummond-Hay, son of Sir Francis Ringler Drummond-Hay and Margherita Paola, on 26 February 1895.1 She died on 10 November 1963.1
She was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)1 From 26 February 1895, her married name became Drummond-Hay.

Claude Francis Drummond-Hay was born on 31 July 1898.1 He is the son of Francis Edward Drummond-Hay and Eveline Anstey Bennett.2 He married, firstly, Gladys Grant in 1921.1 He and Gladys Grant were divorced in 1928.1 He married, secondly, Ellenor Carlin, daughter of George Lamb Carlin and Edith Adamson, on 7 April 1933.1 He married, thirdly, Gladys Beatrice (?) on 17 April 1957.1
He was educated at Cheltenham College, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches and was wounded.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Highlanders (Special Reserves.)1
