Harold William Kemble was born on 12 June 1871 at East Harptree, Somerset, England.2 He was the son of Charles Adams Kemble and Laura Rose Sarah Hall.3,2 He married Margaret Emily Heron-Maxwell, daughter of Edward Heron-Maxwell-Blair of Teviot Bank and Elizabeth Ellen Stopford-Blair, on 10 January 1901.4 He died on 2 January 1920 at age 48 at The Acland House, St. Giles, Oxfordshire, England.2
He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Gloucestershire Hussars Yeomanry.4 He lived at Birchfield, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, England.4
