Reginald Howard Reed Palmer was born on 7 April 1898.2 He was the son of William Howard Palmer and Ada Morgan Reed.1 He married Lena Florence Cobham, daughter of Alexander Blyth Cobham, on 20 February 1924.2 He died on 15 February 1970 at age 71.2
