Frances Pierrepont1

Frances Pierrepont was born before 1644.1 She was the daughter of Hon. Francis Pierrepont and Elizabeth Bray.1,2 She and William Paget, 6th Lord Paget (of Beaudesert) obtained a marriage license on 20 July 1661.1 She died in 1681. She was buried on 7 November 1681 at West Drayton, London, EnglandG.2
Her married name became Paget. After her marriage, Frances Pierrepont was styled as Baroness Paget of Beaudesert on 19 October 1678.

Henry Paget, 1st Earl of Uxbridge was born circa 1663.1 He was the son of William Paget, 6th Lord Paget (of Beaudesert) and Frances Pierrepont.1 He and Mary Catesby obtained a marriage license on 2 January 1685/86.1 He married, secondly, Elizabeth Bagot, daughter of Sir Walter Bagot, 3rd Bt. and Jane Salusbury, on 7 June 1739.1 He died on 30 August 1743 at West Drayton, London, EnglandG.3
He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Staffordshire on 14 May 1689.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Tory) for Staffordshire between 1695 and 1711.1 He was a member of the Council of the Lord High Admiral between 1704 and 1708.1 He held the office of a Lord of the Treasury between 10 August 1710 and 30 May 1711.1 He held the office of Captain of the Yeoman of the Guard between 13 June 1711 and September 1715.1 He was appointed Privy Counsellor (P.C.) on 14 June 1711.1 He was created 1st Baron Burton, of Burton, co. Mary Catesby1

Mary Catesby was the daughter of Thomas Catesby and Margaret Samwell.1 She and Henry Paget, 1st Earl of Uxbridge obtained a marriage license on 2 January 1685/86.1 She died on 3 November 1734, suddenly.1 She was buried on 9 November 1734 at West Drayton, London, EnglandG.1
Her married name became Paget. After her marriage, Mary Catesby was styled as Baroness Burton on 1 January 1711/12. After her marriage, Mary Catesby was styled as Countess of Uxbridge on 19 October 1714.
