Marjorie Grice-Hutchinson was born on 26 May 1909 at Eastbourne, Sussex, England.1 She was the daughter of George William Grice-Hutchinson and Edith Louise Eastwick.1 She married Ulrich Baron von Schlippenbach in 1951.1 She died on 12 April 2003 at age 93 at Malaga, Spain.1
She was an economist and writer.1 She wrote the book The School of Salamanca: Readings in Spanish Monetary Theory, 1544-1605, published 1952.1 She wrote the book Malaga Farm, published 1956.1 She was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1975.1 She wrote the book Early Economic Thought in Spain, published 1978.1
