Captain Norman Charles Henry Moreton Macdonald was born on 18 July 1888.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. Augustus Henry Moreton Macdonald and Anna Harriet Mary Sutton.1 He died on 30 October 1915 at age 27, killed in action.1
He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 3rd Battalion, King's Royal Rifle Corps.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches.1

Hilda Maud Moreton Macdonald was born circa 1878. She was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Augustus Henry Moreton Macdonald and Anna Harriet Mary Sutton.1 She married, firstly, Colonel Sir Simon Macdonald Lockhart, 23rd of the Lee and 10th of Carnwath, 5th Bt., son of Sir Norman Macdonald Lockhart, 21st of the Lee and 8th of Carnwath, 3rd Bt. and Margaret McLean, on 14 December 1898.1 She married, secondly, Admiral of the Fleet Sir John Michael de Robeck, 1st and last Bt., son of Major John Henry Edward Fock, 4th Baron de Robeck and Sophia Charlotte Burton, on 3 July 1922.1 She died on 25 April 1944.1
From 14 December 1898, her married name became Macdonald Lockhart. From 3 July 1922, her married name became de Robeck.

Admiral of the Fleet Sir John Michael de Robeck, 1st and last Bt. was born on 10 June 1862.2 He was the son of Major John Henry Edward Fock, 4th Baron de Robeck and Sophia Charlotte Burton.3 He married Hilda Maud Moreton Macdonald, daughter of Lt.-Col. Augustus Henry Moreton Macdonald and Anna Harriet Mary Sutton, on 3 July 1922.1 He died on 20 January 1928 at age 65.1 He died on 20 January 1928 at age 65, without issue.2
He gained the title of 1st Baronet de Robeck. He was educated at H.M.S.
