According to the sculpture catalogue of the Alte Nationalgalerie, Berlin, which has the 1811 Marble version, the Thorvaldsen Museum in Copenhagen has the original 1806 model of this famous work” by the Danish sculptor, which is known variously as Psyche with a vase, Psyche with an Urn, and Psyche with the Beauty Cream [Schönheitssalbe] (II, 787).
