SECVRITAS REI PVBLICAE, Roma seated facing and Constantinopolis seated left, holding between them a shield inscribed VOT-V-MVL-X; Roma is helmeted and holding sceptre, Constantinople is turreted, foot on prow, and holding sceptre.
