Posting for this month now. Having surgery on Tuesday, and will be home for 1 month. So I have a feeling that the list for May is going to be very very very very long.

Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story (2007) - I thought it was funny.
The Divorcee (1931) - Pre Code, pretty good
A Free Soul (1931) - Pre Code, pretty good
Music Within (2007) - Nice film, true story about the man whos activisim lead to the Americans with Disabilities Act.
My Man Godfrey (1936) - Funny older film.
Le Vie en Rose (2007) - Biopic about Parisian singer Edith Piaf, French film.
Nim's Island (2008) - Cute for young people.
Love Crazy (1941) - funny older film.
Female (1933) - Pre-Code. A woman who uses men and has all the power, gets a taste of her own medicine.
Three on a Match (1931)- Pre-Code. 3 friends grow up to take different paths, drug use and crime are at the center.
Juno (2007) - Sheesh.
Dan in Real Life (2007) - Not as funny as I had hoped.
Lars and the Real Girl (2007) - Had potential but fell flat.
Stella Dallas (1937) - Tear Fest. Excellent Film.
Gone Baby Gone (2007) - Ben Afleck directed. It was just OK, not bad.
I Wake Up Screaming (1941) - Film Noir. Actress dies, sister hunts for killer.
Death at a Funeral (2007) - OMG! Funny stuff.
Sense and Sensability (2008) - The latest Masterpiece theater version. Good as all the others.
A Dog's Life (1918) - Chaplin Silent.
Intolerance (1916) - 3 hour drawn out silent film about the intolerance in the world. 4 stories in one, only one of the stories was interesting.
My Boy Jack (2008) - Masterpiece theater adaptation of Runyard Kiplings Poem "My Boy Jack". About his only son who goes off to WWI and dies. The son was played by Daniel Radcliff, and he was very good I might add.
Grindhouse: Death Proof (2007) - I liked Planet Terror much better.
Mr. Woodcock (2007) - Oh man! Love me some BillyBob. Funny.
Nancy Drew (2007) - Cute for kids.
Reservation Road (2007) - Not bad. A father loses his son in a hit and run, and he searches for the killer, he finds him too.
Valmont (1985) - Colin Firth stars in this comic adaptation of Dangerous Liasons. Very good.
Double Wedding (1937) - Powell/Loy film. Comedy.
Evelyn Prentice (1934) - Powell/Loy film. Drama.
The Last Emperor (1986) - I don't understand the hype about this biopic.
Alien vs. Preditor Requiem (2007) - (NO COMMENT)
St. Rita (2004) - Biopic about St. Rita of Cascia. Badly dubbed, however, I really enjoyed it. Even though it was a bit inaccurate.
Death Sentence (2007) - Kevin Bacon stars, A man's son is killed in an act of violence. He's a wee bit pissed off about it.
