Ok, so you know when I said that we had 13 states and D.C., if you don't I think it's the post below this one. Go ahead and look, I'll wait...................see told you. Anyway, we now have another state up and running. So 14 states and D.C. have come over to the darkside...we are waiting on you. Go for it. Hit us up...you know you want your voice back.

We have thirteen states and D.C. talking about what we are doing here. That's great, but we need people to help us get the word out. We need all 50 states discussing this march before the summer is out! Help us make this vital cause come alive!!

Well the date has been set to March 15, 2009. Polls are closed people(there were polls?).

Anyway every movement needs to get the word out and that's what promo tools are for! You can find we banners, printable flyers, and some kick ass videos here.

Now get out there and spread the word people!

Things are moving quickly folks! Both Angie and Robert Bowen have decided that Saturday, March 14 2009 would be a good time for the march to take place. This doesn't mean you won't have a say in it, just that for the date to be changed there will have to be a good reason why.

If you have any problems with the date, or just want to talk about it for any reason, please comment on here, or go to the 1 Million mad forums and post there.

There are a lot of things to do for a protest. You have to look up laws, find the proper permit(s) (which is what's killing me right now), fill out said permits, gather people, spread the word, make sure everyone knows what not to do (this is as important as knowing what to do), and a million other things. It can seem daunting to the new comer.

If you've never organized, or been to a protest, than How to: Protest on the right side of the law is a very good pdf that will help you start to make head and tells of things. As for those who are looking for laws, codes, and permits, there will be a post for you soon enough. I just need to find my permit first, haha.

! million mad is the idea of Robert and Angie Bowen. It's meant to get corporations out of the government and show the United states government that it's people won't sit back idly and wait for change, by means of mass protest. While just getting 1 million people to participate would be wonderful, the main goal is to get a million people in each state to protest at that states capital and have our voices heard.
