The approach is closely connected with Enterprise decision management (EDM) concept and usage of EIS in business and world economy. The paper has survey nature and gives retrospective analysis of today's marketing situation in EIS and BRMS industry. Highlight examples of EIS BRMS modules (ORACLE and SAP), their advantages and goals in the real high-tech industry.

The main goal of cloud computing provider is to maximize its profit by minimizing costs and the amount of violations to Quality-of-Service (QoS) levels agreed with customers. As the network is considered to be a backbone and bottleneck of cloud services, it is important to predict the number of service requests and to manage the performance of cloud applicationsacross the diverse cloud deployment models. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to predict the demands on the network and accurate traffic models are necessary for service providers to properly maintain quality of service and to distribute workload across one or more servers, network interfaces, hard drives, or other computing resources. In this paper,it isproposedthat branching processes theory will appropriatefor description ofthe dynamics of cloud services demand as well as prediction of the network traffic in cloud computing environment. Branching stochastic processes are generally used to describe random systems such as nuclear chain reactions, population development, epidemic of disease spread and gene propagation. It isshowed through simulation and experiment that cloud computing demand can be developed as a branching stochastic process and our approach to cloud services performance management is able to dynamically adapt to time-varying workloads and to reduce QoS violations.

Traditional data handling methods are not adequate to cope with this information flood. Knowledge Discovery in Databases (KDD) is a new paradigm that focuses on computerized exploration of large amounts of data and on discovery of relevant and interesting patterns within them. While most work on KDD is concerned with structured databases, it is clear that this paradigm is required for handling the huge amount of information that is available only in unstructured textual form. To apply traditional KDD on texts it is necessary to impose some structure on the data that would be rich enough to allow for interesting KDD operations. On the other hand, we have to consider the severe limitations of current text processing technology and define rather simple structures that can be extracted from texts fairly automatically and in a reasonable cost. We propose using a text categorization paradigm to annotate text articles with meaningful concepts that are organized in hierarchical structure. We suggest that this relatively simple annotation is rich enough to provide the basis for a KDD framework, enabling data summarization, exploration of interesting patterns, and trend analysis. This research combines the KDD and text categorization paradigms and suggests advances to the state of the art in both areas.

During this time customers get their income in forms of salary depending on enterprise production volume and assortment, or redundancy payments. As a part of the study it was detected that whilst the initial wealth distribution was uniform a strong non-uniformity arises after several years in the model. The model includes the following interacting agent classes: customer, bank, labor market, state, enterprise, market, university, and mass media. The model also allows us to evaluate the relations among the efficiency of enterprises’ investment strategies, tax level and customer’s prosperity and unemployment level. The possibility of obtaining a new specialty by a fired agent for the purpose of stabilization and increasing his profit and improve standard of life is considered in the paper as well.
