DWH incorporates a green economy by reducing environmental risks and resource exploitation. The increasing number of tourists to Bali contradicts the declining occupancy rate, showing the hotel’s oversupply. A shifting trend from urban to rural tourism exists, but this invasion threatens environmental sustainability. This study aims to investigate the feasibility of collaborative governance involving pentahelix stakeholders. DeWiKu apps and SIDeWi*HuB digital platform are developed, 30 villages representing 9 cities/regencies in Bali are selected to be sample pools with variables measured; 1)N-GreenV, 2)Community Participation, 3)Perception on Sustainability.

Traditional media is being replaced by cyber media such as websites and social media. This change makes public relations, especially government public relations, to be adaptive and able to make it an opportunity in information dissemination. This study aims to analyze and describe interesting information media models so that people have a tendency to continue to access the development of information through government cyber media. The method used in this study is the method of cyber media analysis. This method emphasizes aspects of media space, media documents, media objects, and experiences. The results of the study show that various forms and models of media display are things that need to be considered to provide a stimulus for someone to access and then read the cyber media used. In addition to the appearance of concern for cyber media users is media content, content is the main thing t...

This study examines the visual landscape quality (VLQ) relationship towards students’ well-being. This study identifies the preferences of planting composition scenes through the photo-based survey method. The survey employs 51 scenes with 5-points Likert-scale rating. The PLS-SEM was used to interpret the findings. The findings show the preferred scenes are complexity and coherent arrangement, moderate density, and natural plants, compared to openness and mysterious characteristics. These characteristics support students’ engagement and positive emotions. This finding will assist the campus designers in improving the VLQ towards students’ well-being. Differences among community are analyzed based on gender, stakeholder roles, age, and occupation variables, education, tourism conscious. Also, the differences among tourists were analyzed based on gender, origin, age, occupation, education, travel method, and travel urpose. For the two groups, differences in perceptions were analyzed based on the indicators of Attention to Environmental Burden (AEB) and Concern for Conservation Efforts (CCE) that construct the Perceptions of Sustainability questionnaire. The results found that there were significant differences between the Community and the Tourist...

All subjects were given the G-PubS/V-ALPs to measure individual perception towards green factors in public spaces to satisfy their psychological needs in three different ways; 1) for Mental Development, 2) for Social Interaction, and 3) for Physical Health, where high n-Green indicates great need for green space. The research found the correlation between n-Green and demographic variables. ANOVA used to find differences between both societies where some variables show the same results for the most in- need and the least in-need groups for green space, but some show the opposite. There were also differences between Northern and Sou...

This crisis has been further exaserbated by the covid 19 pandemic which has decimated the Islands economy in particular, tourism, its primary industry. This has forced Bali to change its tourism orientation from urban tourism to rural tourismpromoting homestay, a shift which will signifcantly influence renewable energy planning for the Island. There are only two solar power plants on the island; one in Bangli and one in Karangasem each with 1 MWp on-Grid capacity. In addition there is a small hydro power plant in Buleleng with 1,95 MWp capacity, with existing rooftop PV power plant in the community generates around 1.3 MWp and 0.07 MWp off-grid. This leaves the Island with a signficant shortfall and must, in acocrdance with the Ordinance, be met through the promotion of community uptake of solar panel for homes and buildings...
