Mitra pengabdian ini yaitu anggota Aisyiyah Kabupaten Ponorogo yang memiliki usaha mikro, berjumlah 30 peserta. Bagi pelaku usaha mikro pencatatan transaksi keuangan yang tertib sangat diperlukan untuk mengetahui posisi keuangan usahanya. Catatan keuangan yang sistematis sebagai alat untuk pengambilan keputusan mengenai rencana perkebangan usahanya, serta syarat untuk mengajukan modal atau mendapatkan investor. Sistem administrasi pencatatan lapoaran keuangan usaha kecil kebanyakan masih manual yang terkesan rumit dan panjang, sehingga masih banyak para pelaku usaha yang tidak memiliki laporan keuangan dalam menjalankan usahanya. Data yang dianalisis pada penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder, serta pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Purpose – This research aims to know the condition of small and medium enterprises, after guidanc... more Purpose – This research aims to know the condition of small and medium enterprises, after guidance by the Department of Industry Trade and Cooperatives of Ponorogo. This is done as an attempt to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the coaching that has been done. Findings – From the research, it is known that there are three types of trainings starting from 2010 up to 2013. However, these data are not supported by its business as well as the company name. Samples of 50 participants varying in duration and the type of training were assessed. About 52% (26 SME) participants had a business, 24% did not, and the remaining 24% could not be located. While owning a business, they do not have the financial data in writing. This indicates that SMEs do not have the basic financial statements, which can be used to evaluate its financial management. Total sample of 30 comprised of TKI / TKW and families who live in the District of Babadan especially those who have worked more than five years from various countries of destination. This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, Product Quality, and Value for Custom... more This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, Product Quality, and Value for Customers on customer satisfaction at My Kopi by using quantitative descriptive methods. After a literature review and hypothesis formulation, data were collected through a questionnaire method of 52 My Cafe customers obtained using the probability sampling method and then analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the three independent variables studied were proven to have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, through the F test it can be seen that the three independent variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect. The adjusted R2 value of 0.537 shows that 53.7% of employee performance can be explained by the independent variables, while the remaining 46.3% is a contribution from other variables not included in the multiple regression equation in this study.

Learning strategy selection influences the learning success. There is a need of creative and innovative strategies to improve interest and understanding of the students' learning concepts: by analyzing using KWL thinking strategy assisted by video. This research aimed to analyze the interest and effectiveness of Seventh Graders of SMPN 2 Pace learning concepts after obtaining learning by using KWL thinking strategy assisted by video. This quasi experimental research method used pretest-posttest control group design consisting of 64 students grouped into two: control and experimental groups. The technique of sampling used random sampling. The findings showed interest and effectiveness of experimental group's learning concept was better. The analysis of experimental group learning interest showed 28 of them (87.50%) considering it well and 4 students (12.50%) considering it sufficient. Meanwhile, on control group, 11 students (34.37%) considering it well and 21 students (65.63%) considering it sufficient. The classical learning accomplishment of the experimental group reached 28 accomplished students or 87.50% while control group 26 students or 81.25%. The significance test, t-test, showed the analysis result of control group was 2.03 < 8.64 while the experimental group obtained 2.03 < 11.12. Based on the findings, it could be concluded that KWL thinking strategy assisted by video was effective in improving interest and conceptual understanding of SMPN 2 Pace students.

There are several factors to improve employee performance, one of them is the organizational culture and organizational commitment which is well implemented according to hospital policy. Muhammadiyah general hospital as a research location with a number of respondents 105 employees with the technique used namely purposive sampling. Multiple regression analysis as a data analysis technique used to determine the role of organizational culture and organizational commitment to improve employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The results of the study show that organizational culture has a role in improving employee performance and organizational commitment also has a role on employee performance individually, while together organizational culture and organizational commitment have a role on employee performance, while the two variables are the most dominant its role is organizational commitment.

Is the learning process at VHS not yet qualified, so that the quality of VHS graduates is still low? Can the teaching factory improve the quality of VHS graduates? To answer this question, research needs to be done.
