Jacksonville Cyclones - Long Island Rough Riders - Montreal Impact - Raleigh Flyers

The USISL Select League changed its name to the A-League.

Hershey, Atlanta, Colorado, Seattle and
Vancouver from the old A-League which then folded.

and South Carolina dropped to the D3 Pro League.
