The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of Seskoal lecturers by observing the in... more The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of Seskoal lecturers by observing the influence of the aspects of Transactional Leadership, Transactional Leadership, Competence, and Motivation of the lecturers as mediating variables. The research was conducted within the scope of the Naval Staff and Command School with 105 respondents consisting of Seskoal lecturers and structural officials involved in teaching, training, and nurturing activities. The data obtained were analyzed using Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) software. The independent variables Transformational Leadership and Transactional Leadership were found to have no direct effect on performance. Instead, the independent variables Competence and Motivation positively and significantly affected performance. During the covid-19 pandemic, all institutions had a high dependency on information technology. N... more During the covid-19 pandemic, all institutions had a high dependency on information technology. Network strength is very important. Thus, an internet network technology course was conducted for information technology personnel of the Indonesian Navy. The training is conducted online. Studied learning success is associated with the initial data held, namely rank, gender, work experience in the field, previous education and learning activities, and age of participants. The data was clustered with the final test results to determine the clustering of training results and these factors. Based on the clustering it can be stated a good grouping of learning success in this pandemic period. From the 75 personnel data, we could made 5 clusters. Recommendation for internet network tools online training, especially in internet network technology, is that the participants of the course should have experience in internet and network, young and have good education level at least high school.

Determination of the landing beach becomes a must for the Marine Forces of the Indonesian Navy as... more Determination of the landing beach becomes a must for the Marine Forces of the Indonesian Navy as an element of the landing forces in order to carry out the task of amphibious operations in particular to determine the ideal landing beach location for the successful implementation of the task. Requirements on the determination of ideal landing beaches should be in accordance with predetermined parameters and serve as an important component in determining the weighting value of landing beach selection criteria. This study aims to determine the location of landing beaches by using the Preference Ranking Method Method of Organization for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) combined into the Borda method. The research stages started from determining the value of criterion preferences to the landing beach alternative options analyzed by PROMETHEE method then processed again in Borda method. The PROMETHEE method is used to analyze individual decisions of decision makers, while the Borda method is used to manage group decisions from the PROMETHEE method of ranking. The use of both methods is a solution to generate more objective group decisions so as to obtain a ranking result against the selection of logical amphibious landing beaches and have an objective value in accordance with accurate data and greatly assist decision-makers to solve multi-criteria problems. From the results of this study can be seen that the location of the selected beach is the most feasible to serve as the location of landing beaches in amphibious operations is Beach 3 with a weighted value of 0.389.

Determination of the landing beach becomes a must for the Marine Forces of the Indonesian Navy as... more Determination of the landing beach becomes a must for the Marine Forces of the Indonesian Navy as an element of the landing forces in order to carry out the task of amphibious operations in particular to determine the ideal landing beach location for the successful implementation of the task. Requirements on the determination of ideal landing beaches should be in accordance with predetermined parameters and serve as an important component in determining the weighting value of landing beach selection criteria. This study aims to determine the location of landing beaches by using the Preference Ranking Method Method of Organization for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) combined into the Borda method. The research stages started from determining the value of criterion preferences to the landing beach alternative options analyzed by PROMETHEE method then processed again in Borda method. The PROMETHEE method is used to analyze individual decisions of decision makers, while the Borda method is used to manage group decisions from the PROMETHEE method of ranking. The use of both methods is a solution to generate more objective group decisions so as to obtain a ranking result against the selection of logical amphibious landing beaches and have an objective value in accordance with accurate data and greatly assist decision-makers to solve multi-criteria problems. From the results of this study can be seen that the location of the selected beach is the most feasible to serve as the location of landing beaches in amphibious operations is Beach 3 with a weighted value of 0.389.
