The microfinance sector in Zimbabwe was still in its infancy and had numerous challenges. Hyperinflation exacerbates the situations with a lot of these institutions' survival under serious threat. Some of the challenges that confronted micro lending institutions include product pricing; high delinquency levels and capital erosion. Micro lending institutions adopted a number of survival strategies which include; costcutting, client rating and retention, product development, streamlining operations among others. Though constrained by the regulatory framework and capacity challenges, some of the survival strategies prescribed here is that necessity is the mother of innovation and every crisis presents hidden opportunities and no matter the challenge, there is a way of escape.

In this study, technical efficiencies of Nepalese commercial banks under intermediation approach and profit-oriented approach were evaluated for the period of 2005 to 2010 using inputoriented Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model. We found that in terms of the overall mean of the technical efficiency, the intermediation approach provided more efficiency scores than profit-oriented approach. Competition and new technology can all be reasons that banks are performing better as the intermediary function. Comparing the scores for different type of the Nepalese commercial banks based on ownership provided mixed results. Under intermediation approach, joint venture banks were more efficient whereas public sector banks were found more efficient under profit-oriented approach. When comparing the individual banks, Nepal Arab Bank Limited and Standard Charted Bank Limited banks were more efficient under the both approaches. In addition, Agriculture Development Bank Limited, Kumari Bank Limited and Siddhartha Bank Limited were marginally efficient (more than 90%) only under intermediation approach. The study found that the bank with efficient under intermediation approach does not always mean that has better profitability performance.

However, access to this system has a history of being time consuming, difficult and often frustrating. Today's health care consumer, or patient, is beginning to expect the same satisfaction encountered in any other type of industry, be it service, retail or manufacturing. These industries are structured to minimize waste and maximize customer satisfaction; however, the health care industry has been structured around the provider with the customer making the major sacrifices to obtain service. For the past several decades, the health care delivery system has been comprised of mainly managed care organizations which have restricted patients to a designated network of physicians and providers. However, recent changes in the systems have evolved as a result of customer demand. Patients want freedom of choice with access to see the health care provider they choose. In addition to receiving quality service from that provider, consumers are beginning to expect the same customer satisfaction standards that are present in other businesses. Easy access to the system, prompt service and cost effectiveness are just several of the components needed to keep the patient happy. A revolutionary alternative to the traditional health care delivery system is being instituted in several pilot programs across the country called open access or advanced access. It is best described as doing today's work today whereas every patient will receive an appointment the same day he or she calls and will be seen by the health care provider of their choice.

Entrepreneurship has been consists of six dimensions as hardworking, risk-taking, self-confidence, creativity, flexibility, and tolerance of ambiguity. In order to collecting data, a questionnaire including 47 items has been designed. Statistical population is university of Isfahan's personnel and sample size is 160 personnel and selected based on available sampling method. In order to analyzing data, descriptive statistic, inferential statistics, ENTER method, and Durbin-Watson test has been used. But also to measuring stability of questionnaires' items, Cronbach's alpha has been calculated for each variable separately. The results of this article indicate that personality traits have impact on tendency to entrepreneurship. Based on these results between all personality traits, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, and openness to experience have impact on tendency to entrepreneurship and these factors could explain 0/533 of entrepreneurship regression. Also Durbin-Watson test results indicate that there is no self-correlation between independent variables. Finally empirical suggestions has been offered for human resources managers and related professionals.

But, it has not had a performance worthy of its status in this regard. Therefore, as the young population increases and higher education system develops and especially due to the significance of environmental changes of the new current century and its dependence on realization of sustainable development as well as necessity of participation of the younger generation, the aim of this research is to emphasize the necessity of Environmental litracy through designing and developing a suitable model for Environmental litracy curriculum in higher education system.Environmental education requires simultaneous consideration of the three components of knowledge, value and attitude in environmental education Environmental education as an interdisciplinary field requires integration. Incorporating environmental concepts into the courses will lead to easier and more effective learning. Yet, lack of consideration for environmental education and accumulation of environmental concepts in a single course will hinder the achievement of the objectives of environmental education. This study is a review research. Results of the research suggest the determining role of curricula as the heart of university centers in fulfilling Environmental litracy and behavior, which should be taught within the framework of Marcinowski and Rehring's environmental litracy(1995) and in the form of Bloom's three domains of cognition, attitude and emotion and as an interdisciplinary curriculum . In this regard, Palmer's (1998) integrated environmental education models will be effective.
