When and where is Actuate 26?

Actuate will take place this year on August 18th and 19th at Fort Mason, in San Francisco. We will be in the Gateway Pavilion building.

What makes Actuate different from other robotics conferences?

Actuate is a developer conference built for engineers, builders, and technical leaders actually deploying robots in the real world. We place less emphasis on academic research and product pitches and more on giving builders a platform to share technical progress, shape the direction of the robotics industry, and stay on top of the latest developments in physical AI.

Who should attend Actuate 26?

Actuate is designed for robotics engineers, software developers, ML/AI practitioners, founders, and anyone building or investing in the future of physical AI and autonomous systems.

Can I attend virtually?

Actuate is an in-person conference designed to maximize networking and hands-on experiences. However, select sessions may be recorded and made available after the event.

What's included with a conference pass?

This year we offer two ticket options:Full Access Pass• Access to all conference talks with auditorium seating • Exhibit hall, happy hour receptions, and lunch & refreshmentsExpo Only Pass• Access to the exhibit hall, happy hour receptions, and lunch & refreshments • While auditorium seating isn't included, there will be an overflow area where talks can be viewed on a screen.

Are there opportunities for sponsorship? Can I apply to speak?

Please note that as a developer conference, we look for highly technical content from speakers, not product demos or sales pitches.

What is the refund or transfer policy?

Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else if you're unable to attend. Please email us at actuate@foxglove.dev for support.

Where should I stay during the conference?

We recommend staying at the Kimpton Alton Fisherman's Wharf. This is a beautiful 25 minute walk to the venue, or a short 5 minute rideshare.
