diralyn A Quest to Unite a Broken CountryCities Kilmer Treaon Redret Olcyit Information Professions Races Map Religion Currency RULES **How It Began...**The world of Diralyn has always been a kingdom that has been peaceful. Each race has kept to itself, and trade among the cities has been trouble-free. However a book has been discovered in a chamber deep below the capital city. It speaks of the gods and the sacred objects they entrusted to the four major cities of Diralyn. The objects are to be brought together in the small town of Fralin, near the center of the kingdom, to fully unite Diralyn. This book has caused the kingdom to split into four separate, uncooperative cities: Kilmer, the capital, Treaon, Olcyit, and Redret. Each city holds in its possession a jewel from each of the gods they worship. Kilmer holds the yellow jewel of Yihma. Treaon holds the emerald jewel of Fugia. Olcyit holds the crystal blue jewel of Idic. Redret holds the crimson jewel of Sulian. Each of the jewels contain a certain power so each city has made sure to keep their God’s sacred possession safe. It has been this way since the first god, Yihma, created Diralyn. And then the book was found. Diralyn is now a place that is no longer considered safe. Assassins from each city are lurking around every corner. Rouges and thieves make up most of the population. Knights and mages are minimal, and the ones that are available are most likely liars. Kilmer has the most resources, as it is the capital city, and this is where the king and queen live. The other three cities have chosen their own sort of leaders, and each day a civil war grows closer and closer. Kilmer and Treaon are the two cities willing to combine their jewels with the other cities. However, Olcyit and Redret refuse to give up the power the jewels have given them so far. Small cities and towns are scattered about and they have been swept into the mess. Some have taken sides, others have tried to keep to themselves. Everyone in Diralyn has been affected by the Gods and jewels, and there seems to be no end to the fighting in sight. Come join us at diralyn!

AWritersFantasy has kindly handed the reins over to me, and I'm very thankful.However, this is your warning post. Things are going to be changing, including the community profile and the levels of moderation. There will be deletions of posts, and if you want brownie points, those of you who have posted things that are not within the bounds of the rules can delete them now.If not, fear not! They will be deleted anyways, with a prejudice.The intent of this community will remain the same: it is a gathering place for roleplayers and moderators of original stories and universes. Taking over the community?	[Jun. 15th, 2006|10:48 pm]Add Me Role Play
This is for anyone with extra time to run one or two "add me" communities, this being one of them. The other community is addme_graphics. I haven't done anything with them in a while, and no one's been posting in them. I would like to see someone actually make an effort to do something with them and keep them active. Once you promote them like crazy, things should be okay and you shouldn't need to pay any huge attention to them.I posted this in my journal and the other community as well, so I'll let whoever volunteers take over, and if more than one person volunteers, you could work something out with co-modding or something. If no one wants to take over, I'll just delete them.
