Earlier this month, a special creative breakfast networking reception was held at ikonhouse for designers, diplomats, and delegates, marking the first official Danish participation in Downtown Design part of Dubai design week. Over delicious pastries and engaging conversations, participants immersed themselves in Danish creativity and innovation. The reception featured opening remarks from HE Joakim Larsen, Consul General and Head of Mission at The Trade Council of Denmark in MENA, and Dorian Pauwels, CEO and Founder of Ikonhouse sparking dynamic discussions on Danish design principles and innovation. Thank you to our partners, Danish industri and Creative Denmark, and to all participating brands and guests who made this event a success. It was a day filled with inspiration, new connections, and, of course, delicious pastries. We look forward to cooperating more on activities that connect and inspire the global design community.
