• Our premium ramen has burst on the land of Kanagawa, on the foothill of Mt. Afuri in 2001. Endorsed by this beautiful nature of Mt. Afuri, we prepare you the earthy bowl of Ramen with plenty of flavors, colours, and textures at play, using best quality ingredients from all over Japan. We hope you enjoy our mellow slick bowl for the soul.

AFURIが大切にしているのは、「素材のちから」。着色料、保存料などは元より、化学調味料（うま味調味料）のような人工的なものは使用致しません。小さなお子様や、お身体を気にされている方にも安心して召し上がっていただける、安全で美味しい商品作りを日々心がけております。

We AFURI cherish "the power of the ingredients".
