Education is one of the areas that evolve and regenerate the most. Especially in Turkey, there has been a great number of changes in education, one of which is TEOG, the general name of transition system from primary education to secondary education. This system, which was put into practice for 8th grade students in the academic year of 2013-2014, aims to apply a common and controlled exam for 8th grade students in that academic year. Common exams consist of basic lessons (Turkish, Math, Science and Technology, Revolution History, Foreign Language, Religious Culture and Moral Knowledge). These exams have the aim of reducing the students' absence to minimum, spreading the success assessment throughout the process, enhancing the occupational performance of teachers, and reducing negativity generated from one exam by providing recompense opportunity (https://oges.meb.gov.tr). Regarding this system, there are a lot of questions to be answered such as how efficiently the exam is fulfilling its targets, what expectations the teachers have from these exams, or these exams are efficient improving students' success. In this study, it has been intended to come up with answers to these matters. This study aims to determine teachers' opinions about the transition system from primary education to secondary education. For this purpose, semi-structured interviews have been applied to fifteen Turkish teachers who work in Afyonkarahisar.

Progressing every day continuously, technology has become an irreplaceable part of our lives. Technology, with its uncontroversial significance in our lives, provides a great deal of support for education as well. The existence of technology in education traces as far back as using chalks and blackboards. However, in present day's technology, materials such as chalks, blackboards and overhead projectors are not sufficent for education and they do not satisfy the educational needs. Instead of these materials that cannot respond to today's technological advancements, projectors, interactive boards and computers are used widely. In this study, Turkish teachers' and Turkish preservice teachers' opinions about using electronic/interactive board and computer in Turkish education are intended to determine. 15 4 th grade students who study in Afyon Kocatepe University, Faculty of Education, Turkish Education Department and 4 Turkish teachers who work at Kadınana Imam Hatip Secondary School where they have started using interactive boards and computers in lessons, compose the study group.
