While adjusting the levels of public spending and determining tax rates, policymakers in developing countries strive to address socioeconomic concerns such as poverty, unemployment, hunger, bad investment, and illiteracy. The impact of fiscal policy on Ghana's economic growth is examined in this study. The study looked into and reviewed a variety of journals in order to provide this report on the roles, effects, and impacts of fiscal policy on Ghana's economic growth. The discrepancies in conclusions of the effect of fiscal policy measures on economic growth can be seen in the research mentioned above. Some studies have found that it has a favorable effect, while others have found that it has a detrimental effect. A few researchers have found that it has no effect. They also illustrate that there are disparities in public spending and tax revenues between countries, with one having a good influence and the other having a negative impact, and one or both having an impact and being effective. In terms of monetary and fiscal policies, fiscal policy boosted economic growth in certain countries while having the reverse effect in others. When government expenditure was channeled to productive and investment sectors with sustainable productivity, fiscal policy achieved its targeted economic growth objectives. According to the findings, despite its important role in welfare advancements, government consumption spending has been detrimental to economic growth; policymakers must analyze its composition in order for it to improve growth. Government consumption expenditures should be reduced through targeted measures. Expenditures that are likely to stifle private investment should be scrutinized as well.

The study examined the institutional and financial impediments to providing an investment-focused framework for promoting and developing the country's rich renewable energy resources for sustainable economic growth and improved social life. To accomplish this objective, unprecedented financial and technical expenditures will be needed. Ghana has difficulty achieving universal access to modern energy services due to a lack of energy sector investment. The impression is that the area contributes little to global greenhouse gas emissions and therefore provides limited opportunities to decrease emissions, thereby excluding climate financing initiatives. A power purchase guarantee has been proven to encourage energy industry investments. Due to various technological, legal, and financial obstacles, warranties of power purchases such as Feed-in Tariffs are sluggish to develop in Ghana. Using Ghana as a case study, this paper examines the difficulties of renewable energy deployment and climate change management in Sub-Saharan Africa. These challenges include a lack of high-quality investment risk assessment data, limited potential risk assessment, clarity about what green financing entails, credit and capital market risks, and a lack of domestic and green investors. A green finance maturity mismatch affects green sector investments. This research identified substantial investment possibilities in Ghana's energy, agricultural, transport, waste management, industrial, and construction sectors. They are essential to establishing a green economy, and national development strategies have been created to assist them.

One of the popular teaching methods which makes this basic aim of education possible to reach in this modern era is the use of activity-based teaching method. The paper is thrust on investigating the impact of activity-based teaching method used in teaching social studies on students' retention and academic performance within the Sekyere South District of Ashanti Region. The study adopted the quasi-experimental research design, using both questionnaire and 40-multiple choice tests items in its investigation. The study found that activity-based teaching method was beneficial to students learning social studies in junior high school in many ways. They include: students develop high-order thinking skills, retain social studies' concepts more easily, become active in class, interests are sustained, maximize potential in performing well in class. The study further found that activity-based teaching strategies such as collaborative learning, problem-solving learning and cooperative learning positively significantly affect students' retention in social studies. Stress in nurses in particular is no exception. Occupational stress is the threats of a job that workers face in the line of duty. However, one cannot separate the stress that already exists in their individual lives from those they face in line of duty. It is, therefore, undoubtedly possible that the level of occupational stress recorded may not be solely occupational problems. This paper seeks to find out the level of stress in nurses of TTH and whether individual differences affect the stress levels of nurses taking gender, age and marital status into consideration. The study used the Wieman Occupational stress scale to measure stress level; t-test, One-Way and Three-Way ANOVA were used to determine the relationship between individual differences and levels of stress. Per the study, TTH records a mean score of 43.47 and an individual average score of 2.88 thus, 29% above normal stress level (baseline score: 33.75, 2.25 WOSS) indicating a generally high stress level among the nurses. A sample size of 452 revealed that there is a significant association between stress and gender (p = 0.041) and male nurses were more stressed than female nurses. There was also a significant association between age and level of stress (p = 0.00), where younger nurses (20-30 years) were more stressed than older nurses (30-40 years and above 40 years). However, no significant association was found between marital status and occupational stress. Although combined together, these three variables do not affect stress, the results for individual variables report the need for management and researchers to integrate individual differences when investigating or managing occupational stress.

The technique used to gather responses from 151 respondents was mainly quantitative research approach with questionnaires as a tool. The study employed random sampling to involve respondents in the study. Multiple operations such as correlation matrix, regression analysis and bootstrap approach were conducted to analyze data collected from the questionnaire. The findings showed a positive correlation between the variables measured. All hypotheses tested revealed a significant positive relationship between empowering leadership and voice behavior, psychological empowerment and voice behavior, and the mediating role of psychological empowerment. This study is useful in the academic, industrial and organizational sector. Organizations can use it to employ empowering leadership and measure the change in the behavior of employees, attitude, motivation, and empowerment. SMEs contribute prominently to the economy by creating more noteworthy work openings, making higher creation volumes, growing conveys and introducing progression and business capacities. This study used a sample of 336 SMEs out of 500 SME's located in the Western Region (Takoradi Metropolis). These SMEs data were obtained using questionnaire in which its instrument was validated by experts in the field of finance and was administered to the respondents. Primary data were obtained to assess the determinants of financial assistance available to SME's in Ghana (Takoradi Metropolis). Strategies were used to obtain the outcome of the result, such as ANOVA (analysis of variance), regression analysis, and descriptive statistics to analyze the relationship between the determinants of financial assistance and SMEs' credit accessibility. It showed that firm's age, size, performance, and collateral security all have a positive impact that determines financial assistance to the credit accessibility of SMEs in Takoradi Metropolis. The research discovers enough information that confirms critical factors that push the credit accessibility available to SME's. It can be recommended that the availability of credit opportunities to SME's in the form of loans should be given a maximum consideration.
