The study population consists of the different administrative levels in the universities. The number of employees reached (239). The study sample consisted of (148) individuals from the different administrative levels and (35) from IT centers. The response rate was (84.31%). The researchers used the questionnaire as a tool for study and the analytical descriptive approach to achieve the objectives of the study. The SPSS program was used to analyze the study data. The results of the study showed that the clarity of the importance of human resources management electronically and the support of senior management are available and contribute greatly to the process of transition to electronic management in general and e-HRM in particular. The study aimed to identify the effect of applying detection and prevention tools for career frau... more The study aimed to identify the effect of applying detection and prevention tools for career fraud in combating and preventing fraud and reducing its risks through an applied study on Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza Strip, Palestine. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the questionnaire as a main tool to collect data, and the descriptive and analytical approach to conducting the study. The study population consisted of (501) supervisory employees working at MOH in Gaza Strip, Palestine. The researchers used the stratified random sample method and the multiple regression method to measure the effect. The study concluded a set of results, the most important of which is a positive evaluation among respondents about the levels of application of tools to detect and prevent job fraud within MOH, and the presence of a high interest in tools to prevent job fraud during the implementation of its various work. The study recommended the necessity for the Palestinian National Authority to develop and approve laws regulating health sector, so that those laws guarantee the prevention of conflicts of interest, especially for the category of doctors, by preventing job duplication of doctors working in the government sector. Also study recommended the need for MOH to adopt principles of health sector governance and begin immediately to implement them. This process to ensure transparency, disclosure and accountability in the business framework in a manner that realizes the effective protection of stakeholders and does not compromise or discriminate in the application of these principles, which ensures that all forms of job fraud are organized in an organized manner and within fixed legal frameworks.

The study aimed to identify e-learning strategies and their relationship for increasing the effic... more The study aimed to identify e-learning strategies and their relationship for increasing the efficiency of educational performance in foreign and Palestinian universities (-Aqsa University). The analytical descriptive approach was used for this purpose, and relying on the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection. The study society is from the senior management, where the number of senior management in the universities in question is 206. The random stratified sample was selected, and the Statistical Program of Social Sciences (SPSS) was used for the analysis. The study found that there is a significant relationship between e-learning strategies and increasing the efficiency of educational performance in universities. The study also showed that senior management in Palestinian universities does not care about providing the appropriate budget for e-learning. The study also showed that senior management in Palestinian universities does not help to adhere to the performance standards set by the university. The study recommended that the senior management of Palestinian universities should provide an e-learning budget and encourage employees to continue using e-learning strategies. It also recommended that senior management should focus on developing measures that would help to increase efficiency of performance.

The study conducted on Arabic region by using different models of Crowdfunding platforms (reward, donation, equity, lending) as the field of study. The population of (15) platforms consist of: individuals, entrepreneurs, investors, employees at Crowdfunding platforms. Descriptive and quantitative approach used in this article, and a questionnaire used as a tool to collect primary data. The results showed an agreement from respondent on the importance of reward base model for financing small and micro startup projects. Also results showed that lending models still need more legislation involve assuring the credibility of project owners. Additionally, from regression analyses data showed that Crowdfunding models effect on entrepreneurial abilities. The study recommended more governmental and private sector rolling those models of Crowdfunding, developing regulations that organize different Crowdfunding models, especially lending and equity, and give more flexible platforms that could serve many Arabic countries.

The article focuses on Arabic Crowdfunding platforms. The population of (12) platforms consist of: individuals, entrepreneurs, investors, employees at Crowdfunding platforms. Descriptive and quantitative approach used in this article, and a questionnaire used as a tool to collect primary data. The results indicate an impact for Fintech on entrepreneurship in general and obvious obstacles to use it widely in Arabic region cause of legislations or e-payments. The article recommended more awareness for innovative products and services such as Fintech, Crowdfunding and adopting the culture of e-business models. Also the article promoting the process of developing regulations that organize e-business models, especially Fintech and Crowdfunding, the use of modern communication technology to serve the development of society, more interest to innovation and creativity as a key factor for entrepreneurial success.

entrepreneurship in Arabic region.
Population consists of members in (12) Crowdfunding Arabic platforms which are working with all models and online at (2018).
Descriptive approach and a questionnaire used as a tool for this research.
The results showed that Crowdfunding sponsors play an important role to attract investors and entrepreneurs. Also the diversity of
sponsors (companies, incubators, banks, universities, etc..) is an important matter in Crowdfunding platforms. The sponsors
influence positively on entrepreneurship. Sponsors as part of those platforms give more trust for members, and the type of services
that provided through the platforms is and added value for customers.
The study recommended more support to Crowdfunding platforms in Arabic region by including more sponsors in Crowdfunding
platforms. The services in each Crowdfunding platform must be attractive and rescannable. The level of guarantees, security,
money transfer and disclosure are essentials factors for the success of the Crowdfunding platforms especially in the Arabic region
as the culture of trust in e-transaction is still extremely low.

The study aimed to identify the relationship between correcting the deviations in the measurement... more The study aimed to identify the relationship between correcting the deviations in the measurement of performance and achieving the objectives of control and the performance of the job at the Islamic University in the Gaza Strip. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers used the descriptive analytical approach to collect information. The questionnaire consisted of (20) statements distributed to three categories of employees of the Islamic University (senior management, faculty members, their assistants and members of the administrative board). A random sample of 314 employees was selected and 276 responses were retrieved with a recovery rate of 88.1%. The Statistical Analysis Program (SPSS) was used to enter, process, and analyze the data. The results of the study showed a positive relationship between correcting deviations in performance measurement and achieving the control objectives represented by the functional performance in the Islamic University from the point of view of the members (senior management, faculty and their assistants, and the administrative board), where the relative weight of all the paragraphs was (74.25%). The study recommended the need to ensure that the actual performance of the planned performance is matched and decisions are taken to correct the serious deviations and take the necessary measures in terms of retraining and change in regulations, wages and bonuses and punishment of the culprit, neglect and negligence by mistake.
