I'm heading out to Sacramento in May for a friend's birthday. We all want to go get piercings done and I was wondering if any of you could suggest a good shop or piercer in the area. Thanks.

I've been drawing for 6hrs and i'm still not happy with the ways i've come up with to add to this:
What I could add onto, around and so forth to create a decent half (to possibly) full sleeve with this existing tattoo.

I have my tongue pierced 5 times.
Of those five piercings four have bedded in nice and gently (a nice bowl shape) and I have no trouble with them. The fifth however is set slightly further back on my tongue and has bedded in very sharply (a cup shape) and is always slightly sore. I have played about with bar lengths and ball closure sizes, currently I have a 6mm ball on there (the biggest one I own) but even this has bedded in sharply. I even tried a smooth closing ring and it did the same thing.
Should I worry about this? Is there anything else I can try to help it bed in more gently?
Any advice or reassurance received with interest.
In case anyone is interested I'm selling a custom made Morgana Femme Couture underbust corset. It's made out of red satin with black satin contrast color bone casing. Underbusk for 6"+ of reduction. Front busk closure, spiral steel stays and laces up the back.
Measurements based on the corset being fully laced;
Waist: 22 1/2"
Busk: 11"
Hips: 32"
Bust: 27"
Waist to underbust: 10"
Waist to corset side at top: 5"
3" below waist: 26"
5" below waist: 31"
