My Reyes site, Don't Not Believe, is having a new fanfic challenge that I thought I'd share with everyone here:

Fanfic Challenge: Tangled With Superiors

Challenge Description:
Monica Reyes has a thing for her superiors at the FBI. The challege requires you to write a story about Monica falling for one of her superiors. Brad Follmer in New York. Walter Skinner in Washington, D.C. Or maybe she had a fling with her superior in New Orleans (name unknown). Or maybe after the X-Files Unit was shut down in "The Truth" she got a transfer somewhere and had a thing for her superior there. Be creative and have fun!

Rating & Length:
G to NC-17 is accepted.
Length: whatever works for your story.

Just a little note that 9x16 "Sub Rosa", which is expected to air on
October 22, 2007 may have a slight delay because we will be out of
town visiting relatives and we get back to our FRVS Headquarters on
that Monday night. We do plan on uploading the episode on that day,

I have created a fanfic challenge for my Reyes site, Don't Not Believe, so I thought I'd share it here with other X-Files fans.

Here are the challenge details:

Challenge: New Orleans Runaway
Website: Don't Not Believe
Due Date: September 30, 2007 (Sunday)

Challenge Description:
Write a fanfic about Monica in New Orleans. It can be from when she first arrived, or when she left, or somewhere in between. The story must be written in Reyes's point of view (POV) and must be at least 800 words (about four pages). The fanfic must also have an unconventional Reyes Pairing, this means no Doggett/Reyes. For example: Comer/Reyes. And finally, your story must include these opening lines: "The thundering storm outside didn't ease my mind. How could I have been so careless."

Subject: New Orleans Runaway Fanfic Challenge

I'm posing this question to the community because I'm working on new site content for my website, Semper Fi. I'm looking to add your responses to the question "Why do you like the Doggett/Scully relationship?".
