Sakaki:
This is Pai Plong beach, on the coast of southern Thailand. This paradisaical beach is only accessible by boat during high tide, and it was second pitstop in a race around the world. The nine teams waiting here have no idea what's in store for them.

Will Tezuka and Miyuki continue to work well together and maintain their lead? Will the Oshitari cousins manage to pull themselves out of last place? And will Kite and Rin's

relationship problems resurface and send them again to the back of the pack?

Nine teams remain. Who will be eliminated... next?

Eliminated:

Pit stop: The Great Sphinx of Giza, Egipt
Cash allowance: $69

Again, feel free to suggest what will happen. Egypt is fun!

First team to arrive at the pitstop?

Who will lose their way inside the Great Pyramid at Giza?

Kite/Rin. It's all Rin's fault, obviously.

Damn. Now I wish Kin-chan and Koshimae were still around. They'd so get lost.

Again, feel free to suggest what will happen. Much of this leg will be in on a tropical coastal setting. Think diving, mountain climbing, etc.

Who will have problems diving for a clue?

Given that this takes place in sandy beaches, shouldn't Kite and Rin do really well and recover?

Well enough that they'll get the Fast Forward and win this leg!

SAKAKI:
In just a few minutes, you will be leaving on a race around the world.

The race is spilt into a number of legs and as you travel, you’ll have to complete various task.

At the start of each leg of the race, you will receive a small amount of cash that has to cover all expenses, except airline tickets, which you won’t need to pay for.

At the end of each leg of the race, there is a pit stop, 8 of these pit stops are elimination points, so you need to get to them as fast as you can, because if you’re last, you will be eliminated. Everybody understand that?

Your first clue is waiting inside the envelope on top of the luggage you brought with you. When I give you the word, you can run over to your bags, read the clue and jump into one of the cars in the parking lot.

What happens after that is completely up to you.

ETA: Remember that they've been stripped of all of their own cash/credit cards/etc and electronic devices (this includes helicopters, Atobe) and only have what they can carry in their packs.
