Majorly the popular portals like Shoppers Stop and Amazon are spreading the awareness all over the world and helping and encouraging people to understand the usage of online portals which is subsequently helping them to convert from offline shopping to online shopping. This case provides a comparative study of Amazon and Shoppers Stop which helps students to have a better understanding and enhance the knowledge about online shopping resulting in enriching the customer needs and requirements .It also examines the impact of competition on Amazon India and its comparison with Shoppers Stop .Since, these two companies varies in size and also in terms of growth students will require to use common size financial statements.

The problem is getting worse with the misuse of technology that facilitates pre-natal sex determination. This is happening across the country in spite of a massive influx of legal regulations banning the same. In this light, the study of awareness of same becomes very relevant and needs to be evaluated. At the heart of problem of female feticide is impact of advertisement about the facility of prenatal sex determination, and the unawareness about legal rules and regulations forbidding the same as PNDT Act. Aims: To study the awareness and perceptions of rural women regarding sex determination and gender discrimination Settings and Design: A Community based cross-sectional study. The government is looking forward for the betterment of banks and coming out with various new sch... more The government is looking forward for the betterment of banks and coming out with various new schemes, the PNB scam came as a huge blow to the entire banking sector and brought almost everything on a stand still. This 11,700-crore scam involved more than four banks which is a big question mark on the financial safety of banks. This scam was almost five years old and was not detected by anyone. Therefore, there are serious questions on the internal operations and auditing processes of the bank and also a the main regulatory body RBI is also under serious mode of self-check. This case study aims to identify and analyze the major factors that led to this huge scam and also tries to detect the involvement of various businessmen who has created an impact on the economy as a whole.

For decades, commercial firms have been providing aids in the form of Corporate Social Responsibi... more For decades, commercial firms have been providing aids in the form of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and such aids have been used as one of the key determinants to firms' economic performance. At different moments, these firms believed that such aids contributed heavily to positive returns of such firms. However, there is a great debate among scholars on the influence of CSR on firms' performance. The existing strand of literature provides inconclusive findings and thus, little is known on the matter in Tanzanian context especially in the banking sector. The objective of this study was to examine the influence of CSR on the performance of registered banks in Tanzania. The study employed the Probit and Fixed Effects econometric techniques to establish empirical evidence on the influence of banking sector's CSR on firms' economic performance. A total of 20 registered banks by BOT were analyzed based on unbalanced panel data spanning from 2008 to 2019. The key findings revealed that, the likelihood of banks performance decreases with support offered by the banks to the society through CSR. The finding was consistent both in CSR offered to education and health sectors from both analytical methods. Such findings imply that managers need to review and develop appropriate marketing strategies of their firms in order to achieve a better firms' economic performance. The study recommends firms to manage their CSR schemes by reviewing related policies based on cost benefit analysis to establish consistent and win-win CSR strategies.

So, in any organization, all important strategic decisions must be made on the financial performance of a company. Thus, it is a base for making any decision in effective manner. Today, in India, Indian Farmers Fertilizers Cooperative limited (IFFCO) is a pioneer in fertilizer industry and is contributing substantially to the efforts of Government for enhancing production of food grain in India. In recent years, IFFCO has marked its presence as a leader in the area of production and marketing of fertilizers with a main focus on sustaining self-sufficiency in food grain production and is contributing its share of improving economy of agriculture-based country. Financial Performance of a company is always linked with its technology management. It is very important for an organization to update its technology according to the need of the market. Being the pioneer in the field of fertilizer industry in India, it is necessary to evaluate the performance analysis of IFFCO Limited in view of its technology management, and this paper focuses on Performance Analysis of IFFCO and how it has been improved through managing well on the technology front.

Artificial intelligence is an emerging area in the field of HR Technology which can replace or enhance the effectiveness of green human resource management processes. Artificial Intelligence can be used by organizations for candidate screening, employee engagement, employee re - engagement and career development without much use of resources and thus decreasing overall environmental impact. It can be applied to HR policies, procedures and HR perspective and can enhance the effectiveness of green human resource management. The study will analyze the emergence of Artificial Intelligence in green HRM process and the potential benefits of artificial intelligence through secondary data. The current study aims to investigate the relationship between trust in social commerce and customers' purchase intentions by providing a mechanism to describe this relationship. Thus, a proposed model is developed based on three concepts: social presence, social commerce information seeking and familiarity with the platform. The model explains the mechanisms through which social commerce information seeking, familiarity, social presence and trust influence customers' intentions to purchase from social commerce platforms. For the purpose of this study, a survey is designed and distributed to Facebook users. The findings demonstrate that trust in a social networking site has positive influence on purchase intentions.
