Last night's dreaming began with my seeing a cloaked figure in front of curtains on TV promoting his self-improvement books. I then found myself in a room with the cloaked figure and his books (plus two people, perhaps his assistants or bodyguards). Interestingly for a dream, I could read the titles of all of his books scattered on a nearby table clearly, but don't recall them now. Later I asked the fellow if I might have seen him on TV the previous day but he didn't believe so. Next I found myself in what perhaps was a prison library, where many men in denim blue shirts clustered around me seeking new magazines to read. Since I had a limited supply, each inmate could only receive two in a plastic bag, plus a voucher for future magazines. An immense man ~ perhaps 10 or 12 feet tall ~ then appeared, full of fury and quite terrifying. Happily, he only seemed to be concerned with locating a cylindrical golden book (which he thought was in a pile of books next to a nearby desk) so
Recently read post from dA about "underage" sexualized characters, including such notions as centenarian characters being forbidden from sexualized art because of apparent age. Well, fine. Also, article mentions that a character who ages into adulthood can be depicted as a sexualized adult. But I'm reminded of some incompetent moderator who took down a semi-nude sketch of Mizuno Ami as an adult, apparently too lazy to research that Ami did indeed mature into an adult woman, certainly by the time of the restored Moon Kingdom. What I wish is that dA would simply admit that all this hoo-ha is about avoiding legal trouble. That's fine; lawyers are expensive, I understand that. But acting like you're on some moral pedestal is ridiculous. We all know dA is knee-deep in porn and pseudo-porn that moderators routinely turn a blind eye to. Just be up-front; this is a business and lawyers are expensive, so save us the hassle of hypocrisy.
In the first dream I recall from last night, was walking through a neighborhood at night when I noticed a very peculiar cloud ~ sort of like a tangled knot of cloudlike threads ~ covering the moon; also curious, I noticed my house down a side street (with our dog barking) but continued on my way. Most strange, glancing to my left I noticed the sun (in the middle of the night) as a bright disc except it wasn't illuminating the sky. Maybe that was actually the moon? Or an image influenced by the recent solar eclipse? Hard to say; dreams can be very random. Later I was playing a variant of chess with just three pieces; I think I had a queen and two pawns which I placed on the upper left corner of the top rank (though I suppose pawns couldn't be promoted in this variant and I'm not sure how they could move backward as pawns). Nearby was Emperor Palpatine from Star Wars who was sleeping in something resembling a judge's bench. Supposing he would not be annoyed by me as I was neither
