This theme shares a profound resonance with the role of portrait photography as a medium for memory preservation, intricately weaving together the threads of identity, memory, and culture in our comprehension of both historical and contemporary contexts. This research employs a visual culture approach to photography, transcending conventional analytical frameworks to delve into how photographs dynamically shape the broader cultural, social, and political landscapes. It scrutinizes the processes through which photographs construct meaning, wield influence over public perception, and actively participate in the complex terrain of identity formation and narrative construction. The findings from this investigation underscore the evolving role of photography, transcending its traditional function of memory preservation to emerge as a potent tool for the construction and communication of identity. Furthermore, it emphasizes the inherently interdisciplinary nature of memory studies, forging robust connections across the domains of archaeology, historical anthropology, and photography research, thereby enriching our nuanced understanding of the interwoven facets of memory, identity, and culture.

This research tackles the analysis of the concept of artistic intuition as a compositional activity that reflects to all practical life fields but under specific humanitarian conditions that distinguish leading women particularly in the specializations of art and design. Such analysis leads to being aware of all dilemmas related to the artistic intuition and not only that related to artwork; but also, the intuition that becomes expressive in the philosophical concept. The aim of the study was the identifi cation and characterisation of coagulase-positive Staphyloc... more The aim of the study was the identifi cation and characterisation of coagulase-positive Staphylococcus bacteria obtained from food matrices by mass spectrometry and molecular methods. A total of 46 coagulase-positive Staphylococcus isolates were collected from diff erent foodstuff s. The Staphylococcus isolates were identifi ed by MALDI-TOF MS and confi rmed by the presence and sequence analysis of the Staphylococcus protein A gene. Staphylococcal enterotoxin genes were also investigated by multiplex PCR. Based on the identifi cation of strains by the MALDI-TOF MS technique and spa-typing, all strains were identifi ed as Staphylococcus aureus. Based on their MS peak profi les, the isolates matched the spectra of three S. aureus reference strains in the Bruker MALDI Biotyper database, with identifi cation scores higher than 1.999 in the case of all 46 (100%) isolates. The isolates showed great genetic variability. Twenty spa types were identifi ed, from which most lineages are capable of colonizing humans. Fifty percent of the strains harboured at least one of four enterotoxin genes (seg, seh, sei, and ser), but none of the classical enterotoxin genes could be detected.

A photograph can be described as an imitation of reality, but this description is so primitive. A... more A photograph can be described as an imitation of reality, but this description is so primitive. A photograph is not just a copy of reality, nor is it just a reproduction of things that actually exist. It could be argued that a photograph is the imitation of the subject that exits in reality so as to become a symbol that hides behind it various meanings. In other words, a photograph is an existence that includes another existence and this dual existence makes the photograph be framed by the limits of truth, knowledge, time and place. Therefore, the photograph becomes a way of truth happening and revealing, but at the same time it has interrelations with the visual, the tangible and the meaning represented in the thing itself. The truth is revealed only by the intentional vision which opens up the phenomenological position in all its dimensions. The establishment of this position is based on photograph that becomes the first drive and motive for the act of imagination.

compositional activity that reflects to all practical life fields but under specific humanitarian conditions that distinguish leading
women particularly in the specializations of art and design. Such analysis leads to being aware of all dilemmas related to the
artistic intuition and not only that related to artwork; but also, the intuition that becomes expressive in the philosophical
concept. It is not separate from the state of being rather than integrating in the form of a coordinated theory with the purpose
of understanding human in the different varied contexts that are in harmony with his intellect, philosophy, potentials, and
accumulated knowledge.

Photography in the contemporary time considers a vital, important, rich, and meaningful element w... more Photography in the contemporary time considers a vital, important, rich, and meaningful element which certainly influenced the concept of artistic and philosophical photograph due to the rapid development in technology and communication methods which should be accompanied by the theoretical development that paves the way for the photographic concept and analyzes its various relationships. This study seeks to explore an important practical theoretical aspect, which called the phenomenological philosophy, whereas this modern, broad, and open philosophy is at the same time a coherent approach that can be implemented on the photograph and therefore it's possible to find a clear philosophical position concerned about photography. The photograph here isn't understood as only a configurable content, and the form can't be separated from the content in this context, but the analysis of the image depends on its full existence and continued presence launching from the things that were actually given, and depending on an intentional and conscious action to reach the truth that is represented in the art itself. Therefore, it's possible to say that implementation of the Phenomenological approach in the photography will make the existing and perceptual image or picture opens up continuously and overflows with the meaning as a result of meditation and perception.

This study is considered a theoretical introduction to understanding photographs through tracking... more This study is considered a theoretical introduction to understanding photographs through tracking the conceptual and technical development for war photography during the 20 th century in the Middle East. This philosophical aspect represented by the views of prominent photography critics including Roland Barthes, Susan Sontag, and John Tagg as well as the analytical aspect that looks into the conceptual, aesthetic, and functional denotation of the photograph. Analysis of the photograph is conducted over two stages; the first is through analyzing the photograph shape and technical values. The second is the understanding of the implied dimensions which are the symbols and denotations of the photograph that represent the group of ideas and meanings. In other words, the visual and the non-visual analysis of the photograph lead to the organized analytical understanding of the photograph. For instance, the photojournalism holds humanitarian and functional aspect in addition to the artistic, aesthetic, and social values. Furthermore, the tremendous technological advancement of the production, display, and the storage of photographs which influenced the social acceptance of war scenes and it became part of our present conscious.

أو للصورة، متمثلة بمفهوم "البين - ذاتية". وما يهمنا في هذا البحث هو تحليل هذه العلاقة؛ أي العلاقة بين "الذات"

This study is considered a theoretical introduction to understanding photographs through tracking... more This study is considered a theoretical introduction to understanding photographs through tracking the conceptual and technical development for war photography during the 20 th century in the Middle East. This philosophical aspect represented by the views of prominent photography critics including Roland Barthes, Susan Sontag, and John Tagg as well as the analytical aspect that looks into the conceptual, aesthetic, and functional denotation of the photograph. Analysis of the photograph is conducted over two stages; the first is through analyzing the photograph shape and technical values. The second is the understanding of the implied dimensions which are the symbols and denotations of the photograph that represent the group of ideas and meanings. In other words, the visual and the non-visual analysis of the photograph lead to the organized analytical understanding of the photograph. For instance, the photojournalism holds humanitarian and functional aspect in addition to the artistic, aesthetic, and social values. Furthermore, the tremendous technological advancement of the production, display, and the storage of photographs which influenced the social acceptance of war scenes and it became part of our present conscious.

وانتشارها على المستو االجتماعي العام من أهم هذه التطورات؛ وفي خضم هذا التطور برز الفن بشكل عام، والصورة
المرئية بكل أشكالها بشكل خاص، بوصفها إحد الأدوات المؤثرة في الوعي الإنساني. وعليه؛ تصبح مهمة فهم الفن
ّ وفهم ترابطاته وارتباطاته في العالم المعيش من المهام الملحة للفهم الفلسفي. وعلنا ال نجانب الصواب إن قلنا إن الفلسفة
الفينومينولوجية قد تكون الفلسفة الأكثر قدرة على التعامل مع هذا الموضوع الشائك. فهي؛ أي الفلسفة الفينومينولوجية،
تنطلق من فهم معمق لعلاقة مركبات الشعور والوعي والإدراك واالنفعال وغيرها من المكونات التي تشكل الفاهمة البشرية،
مع المؤثرات الخارجية التي تصنعه في انكشاف العالم وفي الوجود في العالم المعيش الذي يشكل البعد "الموضوعي"
لهذا التفاعل المستمر بين "الذات" و"الموضوع"، دون إهمال للآخر، المتلقي أو المرسل أو المتفاعل مع العمل الفني
أو للصورة، متمثلة بمفهوم "البين - ذاتية". وما يهمنا في هذا البحث هو تحليل هذه العلاقة؛ أي العلاقة بين "الذات"
و"الموضوع" والعالم المعيش والعلاقات البينية بين الذوات: "البين - ذاتية"، من خلال طرح السؤال الأهم هنا: كيف نعيد
التفكير بعلاقتنا بالعالم وبالأشياء وبالمشاهد من حولنا، فإدراك العالم ال يتم من دون وجودنا فيه؛ فنحن ال نستطيع االنفصال
ً عن هذا العالم كما أنه ال يوجد مستقلا ً عن ذواتنا. والفن، في هذه الحالة، هو مدخلنا إلى فهم العالم الذي سننغمس فيه الحقا،
والعملية الإدراكية هنا تصبح عملية كلية تكاملية؛ فالإدراك الفني هو فعل االندماج بين مكونات الجسد والمواضيع الخارجية؛
لذلك فهو يتسم بالفرادة والخصوصية والتميز. كما أن البحث في ماهية العمل الفني يفتح لنا آفاقا جديدة من االحتماالت بين
الحضور والغياب وبين المرئي واللامرئي

A photograph can be described as an imitation of reality, but this description is so primitive. A... more A photograph can be described as an imitation of reality, but this description is so primitive. A photograph is not just a copy of reality, nor is it just a reproduction of things that actually exist. It could be argued that a photograph is the imitation of the subject that exits in reality so as to become a symbol that hides behind it various meanings. In other words, a photograph is an existence that includes another existence and this dual existence makes the photograph be framed by the limits of truth, knowledge, time and place. Therefore, the photograph becomes a way of truth happening and revealing, but at the same time it has interrelations with the visual, the tangible and the meaning represented in the thing itself. The truth is revealed only by the intentional vision which opens up the phenomenological position in all its dimensions. The establishment of this position is based on photograph that becomes the first drive and motive for the act of imagination.
