We have created three cakes (a cake mix, a homemade vanilla cake with lots of dairy and eggs, and a decadent Irish car bomb cake with beer, whiskey, and Irish cream plus a cup of chocolate. (See Video)

The handles are wonderful and it’s easy to work with.

Do not put this in the dishwasher. we learned on America’s test kitchen that this is the best pan on the market. To protect the finish of the pan, we hand wash with Dawn dish soap. So easy to clean because there’s no residue.
