This was definitely worth the purchase. I’m a student so I’m constantly looking at my laptop or at a projection screen whether it be for class or student jobs. I also use my phone a great deal. My eyes never really got strained, but to the best of my understanding blue light can diminish the quality of your sleep, so I wanted to try them out.
I definitely sleep better. I’m actually tired when it’s time to go to bed, instead of just laying there thinking about how tired I’m going to be in class the next morning. The style is cute, they fit my face, and you cannot see any tint when you look at the glasses. The ONLY thing I’ve noticed is that when I put the glasses on, if I pay super close attention (and am looking for it), I can tell there is a yellow-ish tint from the anti-glare. Normally, this would bother me, but after wearing them once or twice I didn’t even notice it anymore. These glasses also aren’t super expensive like Felix Gray’s, so you’re bound to be able to tell at first. The difference is so so small that I stopped noticing it was even there, so if you’re concerned about that, I wouldn’t let it phase you.
All in all, between the price, what I got, and what they’ve done for me, I’m pleased with my purchase.
