McCormick's ground cinnamon is excellent quality and adds a pleasant cinnamon flavor to my baked goods without any bitter taste. This is a large container which suits my needs during the holidays. Of course, I use it the rest of the year too, but generally in a smaller container. I highly recommend it.

It's cinnamon, which smells nice, a decent size jar, with half lid for scooping and the half lid for sprinkling. I've sprinkled on some pastries for some extra spice, but my main purpose for it is bug repellant. I've sprinkled a whole bunch in my empty trashcan and now it has zero pesky flies. I've mixed it with water, dish soap and white vinegar and sprayed it around house entrances, no more spiders and other bugs. I've sprayed myself with the solution since I'm a mosquito magnet, and haven't been bitten all summer. It's a home recipe/remedy type thing and it's awesome.

I use a lot of cinnamon in baking because I can cut down on sugar amounts by upping the amount of cinnamon. This brand (McCormick) is as good as any brand I've tried. When it's time to buy more, I'll purchase again.
