I bought this after breaking 3 bones in my arm and getting sick of someone tying my hair up whilst it being wet.
I managed to use it with one hand. It is a bit weighty but so easy to use.
I have very fine hair but have loads of it and it is very curly. This dried and smoothed my hair in no time at all.
My hair was straight but not stuck to my head.
Slept on it overnight and used the dry hair function the next day to get the look back. I can’t praise this enough and has definitely saved my vanity

Having naturally curly and frizzy hair that I straighten I have always dreaded the ‘hassle’ of hair wash day due to the amount of time and product required to smooth and tame my hair. I previously used a similar brush type hairdryer which was good but this is a huge step up. It is faster to dry my hair and leaves it much smoother. I dry my hair with the brush then switch it to the smoothing setting at the end and give my hair a quick brush through with this. Although I still need to run straighteners over my hair this makes that task far less laborious and time consuming. My daughter with a different hair type can use this alone with no requirement for straighteners. Finally for the first time I no longer dread drying my hair!

I have type 2c thick wavy hair that I recently got cut into a bob because a lost so much hair through heat damage and hormones 😩
I was recommended this and can honestly say for me it’s a game changer!
I can dry my hair in over half the time it would take using a round barrel brush and my elchim dryer.
Yes it’s a bit noisy but no more noisy than my current dryer so doesn’t bother me.
You can use it with one hand but there is a knob on the brush end to help if you need to use two.
The cable could be a bit longer but you can fix that with an extension lead.
I absolutely love this and would recommend anything give it a try!

I love that there is quick start user guide.It feels very well made, a tad on the heavy and clunky side so it does take some getting used to. I first tried it out after washing my hair, which I towel dried as recommended and then used the it did a fantastic job drying my hair and it only took around 5 minutes then about another 5 for styling with the dry setting, very impressed with the results give first try!
Not sure how long it will last given the delicate bristles.
Also dropping a star due to Amazon delivering a used product rather than the new I payed for, they did offer to replace but I needed it asap hence why I used Amazon and I don’t have time to return due to their mistake. For my other Shark products I have purchased from Shark direct so would recommended that, I only used Amazon for quick delivery big mistake, I would get again but directly from Shark.

I struggle to use a hair dryer with a brush to give myself the salon blow out look but this makes it so easy.
There are 3 heat settings which is more than ample and I find I only really need to go through a bit of hair 1-2 times before it is dry - it has replaced my hair dryer in a way!
It has a little notch on the top to help you hold it whilst twisting and drying your hair and it’s not too heavy either.
After a day or two when your hair looses its shape you can put it on the heat plate mode and comb it through to combat frizz and make your hair look lovely again.
Would 100% recommend.
