The vast majority of black people in South African wanted freedom and a black domination. The great majority of white people, a mix of Boers and Britons, thought that once the real Africans would take over the power, white people would be slaughtered or at least expelled.
However, the unimaginable happened and the blacks won with a black president coming to power and the Whites were neither murdered nor expelled but became instead citizens of a multiracial “rainbow nation” South Africa.
Nonetheless, could there really be a Mandela without a Frederik Willem de Klerk?

It also shows the abuse of power through the post war parties in Germany and their unconstitutional behavior not to allow for a National Assembly and introduce a Constitution during the unification process of 1990. The utter lawlessness of Chancellor Merkel's import of third party migrants is also dealt with and the relevant German laws are mentioned in translated form. EU law, German constitutional law and German penal law have visible been broken in the process.

Only division of labor enables us to surmount the needs of the next day in order to make the mind free to establish greater and enduring things. Division of labor requires, however, the exchange of services and in an advanced stage it requires a developed trade.

However, little-known to the general public, there are obviously legal remnants that stem from the previous infamous Hitler Regime. After seeing some fellow alumni from a non-German distance learning university in 2007 encountering problems in Germany, I decided to in-vestigate deeper the underlying legal structure and legal principles.
The objective was to shed light whether or not the problems of those fellow alumni were caused not only by old laws for example coming from Imperial times but by legal principles that were directly created during the Hitler times in Germany. On a secondary basis, it was also scientifically sound to investigate whether or not such severe re-strictions like in Germany occur in other related and German speaking neighbour countries like Austria and Switzerland as well and on what principles they are based.
