Hey All,

I have had my 91 Integra for about 8 months now, and there was a little horn symbol missing from the steering wheel, it has always annoyed me cause it stands out that it's missing.

The other day I was vaccuming the car, and removed the rubber floor mats to suck all the little rocks and dirt that get in there from daily use, yes this car is driven every day, it's not a show pony hahaha and what did I find?????

YES, the little metal horn badge, in PERFECT condition, no scratches or anything, looks brand new, I can't belive it has been underneath the mat for probably a year and not damaged.

It is now happily super-glued back in place and I am very happy :)

Now all I have to do is fix my front left door speaker and life will be good!

On a bad note, the temp went nuts the other day on the way to work, and although there was still water pressure, I couldn't work it out, but after coaxing the car home that night, was able to get to a mechanic the next morning (didn't have time to diag and fix myself) it turns out the thermostat had stuck closed, luckily it didn't kill the engine.

Another bad note, the air-con doesn't work, I never really looked at it when I bought it as I looked at the car twice, but at night, when I tried it it did seem to get cooler, but now in the heat of the Australian summer, it's killing me, but so far have been quoted $600 to upgrade it all, they wont fix it in the current state, as it runs on the old gas which has been banned, so it will need a new compressor and fittings, bugger

On a good note, I did 160k/h on the way to work, it's worth paying $4 for the toll when you can got nuts briefly on a section thats nice and long.

Hopefully will post some pikkys soon, so much to do and no time.......
