My favourite anime villains are-
1.Lord Darcia- Wolf's Rain
2.Vicious- Cowboy Bebop
3.Kougaiji- Saiyuki
4.Dilandau- Escaflowne
5.Kushana- Nausicaa (Well, only a pseudo-villain, but I wanted to include her)

And that's about it.
