I actually do love the newer designs over the original too.
(Mainly the Arkham and New 52 designs. The Suicide Squad movie design isn't any good in my opinion.)
I actually like the New 52 design just because of the neck ruff, so seeing a neck ruff added to the classic design makes me end up loving the classic design the most.
It's just such a pretty accessory!
It makes me wish it always looked like this.
