All the negative reviews are unfair

Every negative review I’ve read is people complaining that tickets aren’t released to them until soon before the event. I believe this all to be ‘boomers’ not understanding it’s in a bid to stop overpriced ticket resale, and resale scams. The app is very reliable, and it’s made very clear prior to purchase that tickets won’t be given to you until upto 48 hours before the event. This system has no effect on the allocation of your seat or ticket, if you purchase a ticket, you are still guaranteed it.

sick of having to download an app for everything!

yeah okay I don’t seem to have the problems other reviewers have, I can see my tickets just fine and the app works fine enough, but I’m so sick to death of having to download yet another app that I’m never going to use again just because there’s NO other way to access the tickets that *I* bought. you wanna go paperless and no longer give the option of physical tickets?? Annoying, especially as a collector of ephemera who likes to keep the ticket as a keepsake of my experience, but I get it!!! But why is access to the digital tickets restricted to an app? Send a PDF of the tickets to my email! Hell, have an online portal where I have to download them and then print them out if you must! I hate having apps on my phone that I never use, and rest assured that I can’t wait for the event to be over so I can *delete* this app. I HATE THE WAY THAT WE ARE FORCED TO DOWNLOAD AN APP FOR EVERYTHING NOW!!!!!!!!!!! And I have *seen* reviews by older folks complaining about the same thing. I’m 24. This isn’t an issue of accessibility for me like it might be for them. Yet it irritates me just the same! DEATH TO APPS!!!!!!!!!!!! As *if* your service didn’t work just as well before you transferred everything to be in-app-only.

Disappointing - Not reliable at all

Purchased tickets, to then find out AXS won’t release them to you (they completely mislead you on their website), until ‘a few days before the show’ (no vague at all…). No excuse whatsoever to deprive a customer from their tickets, after they’ve already paid for them. Then look at reviews to find the insurance is a sham and loads of people are hanging in limbo days before their events worried they won’t get the tickets in time… I have to book flights, hotel, etc., for my event and really not looking forward to stressing about whether I’m going to get my tickets in time. Spare yourself the stress and anxiety and spend a few more £ for Ticketmaster or other companies that will actually provide you with your tickets when you pay for them (how it should be). Once again, NO excuse whatsoever for holding tickets from customers. Oh, good luck trying to speak with Customer Services via CHAT only, a complete joke trying to make it work… Never using AXS again and would strongly recommend you to save yourself the trouble and don’t let this messy company take you for a ride…
