Hi!

So, in the interest of being social...

I've been contemplating having a Valentine's Day High Tea (Joy and anyone else who does not drink tea will not actually be forced to have tea; you are welcome to substitute the hot beverage of your choice, or, failing that, Dr. Pepper *sigh*) because, really, why should couples get to have all the fun? I'm thinking probably late afternoon (4-ish)on the 18th, and if "Tea" should happen to turn into "Red Wine and Vodka", well, that would be about par for the course here at the AoL. Please let me know in comments whether or not you might want to attend, so I have some idea how much I need to produce in the way of high-fat baked goods.

Also, we will have Men With Brooms and Wilby Wonderful by then (because Joy is a goddess(, and all are welcome to come partake of the Canadian goodness. No, really, these are actual good films, involving Paul and/or Callum. I know. It's kind of a shock.

And while I'm at it, all of you due South converts should all make plans right now to clear your calendars for the 11th of March. Because we're going to mark the occasion, yes we are. Probably by watching Call of the Wild, and there may quite possibly be large quantities of Moosehead beer. Yaye.
