The Bentley Historical Library was established in 1935 by the University of Michigan Regents to carry out two functions: to serve as the official archives of the university and to document the history of the state of Michigan and the activities of its people, organizations and voluntary associations. Tacoma Public LibraryTacoma Public Library’s local history, genealogy, and special collections are located in the Northwest Room in the Carnegie Building - 2nd floor (C2) of the Main Branch. The Carnegie building is the original 1903 Carnegie Library and the collections and services are dedicated to providing the most comprehensive and accessible local and regional history information available to the public. KRIA is a community effort to gather and make openly available the content around the citizen-driven Icelandic constitutional reform process. In 2011, Iceland rewrote its constitution using an historically open approach. This offered an inspiring new way to think about how citizens can participate in policy reform using available technology. What resulted was a draft constitution that was affirmed by a public referendum. Iceland's proposed constitution has not yet been ratified by Althingi (the Icelandic Parliament), but the initiative is still alive and gaining international attention.
However, the ephemeral nature of digital-born content poses a threat to the constitutional process materials safety and public access. The KRIA archive hopes to make this information available as a resource for the community, scholars, and future generations. Among the partners in this effort are the Icelandic Constitutional Society, Icelandic National Archives, the University of Washington, the University of Iceland, and peace building nonprofit Build Up.

The International Internet Preservation Consortium (IIPC) is a membership organization dedicated to improving the tools, standards and best practices of web archiving while promoting international collaboration and the broad access and use of web archives for research and cultural heritage. Digital Islam Across EuropeDigital Islam Across Europe (DigitIslam) is a multi-country research project analysing how Online Islamic Environments (OIE) shape Muslims' social and religious practices in diverse European contexts. The Collaboration of Humanities and Social Sciences in Europe (CHANSE) funded the project (https://chanse.org/about-chanse/). It involves research teams working across five European countries: the United Kingdom, Poland, Sweden, Spain, and Lithuania.
Data is collected through three main research methods: each country set up a specific Quantitative survey with OIE users; Qualitative interviews are also being utilized as a research method with Producers (Muslim public figures who are active online) and with Users. Finally, the third method is website data and collection analysis.
This consists of a coordinated effort between the five different country teams headed by UK Co-Investigator Prof Gary R Bunt (University of Wales Trinity Saint David - UWTSD) and Postdoctoral Researcher Dr Anna Grasso (UWTSD). The objective is to identify, catalogue and analyse Muslim organisations' and actors' websites (Online Islamic Environments or OIEs) from these countries.
Each country team produced a list of relevant Muslim organisations and actors' websites which were either kept as a sole collection (Sweden, Poland and Lithuania) or split up according to topics (United Kingdom and Spain). For the current events collections (European Digital Muslim Responses to the Israel-Hamas Crisis and Qur'an Burning Incidents in Sweden), websites and social media responses were identified by Prof Gary R Bunt and Dr Anna Grasso as well as the Spain, Poland and Lithuania teams.

Nelson-Atkins Museum of ArtThe Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art arose from the instincts and ambitions of two private individuals who shared the dream of providing a public art museum for Kansas City and the surrounding region.
William Rockhill Nelson, founder of The Kansas City Star, was convinced that for a city to be truly civilized, art and culture were necessities. When he died in 1915, the bulk of his estate was used to establish the William Rockhill Nelson Trust for the purchase of works of art “which will contribute to the delectation and enjoyment of the public generally.” The Nelson estate was combined with Mary Atkins’ legacy to build an art museum for the people of Kansas City. The William Rockhill Nelson Gallery of Art and the Mary Atkins Museum of Fine Arts opened to the public on Dec. 11, 1933. Today, the Nelson-Atkins maintains collections of more than 35,000 works of art and welcomes 500,000 visitors a year.

David J. Sencer CDC MuseumThe David J. Sencer CDC Museum COVID-19 Web Collection is an online archive focused on the experiences of people across the U.S. from coast to coast during the coronavirus pandemic. The collection places emphasis on the experiences of Black people, indigenous people, and other people of color. We track the pandemic from the beginning of a national shutdown in hopes of containing the spread of the virus in March 2020 to the ongoing distribution of COVID-19 vaccines in 2021. It also addresses special topics such as the impact of covid on arts and culture, sports leagues, the Olympic Games, and how the world plans to memorialize those we have lost to the virus. The collection finally explores the disproportionately negative impact of COVID-19 on BIPOC individuals from death rates to vaccinations. The web archive will be updated regularly with additional content.

iDigBioiDigBio is the central coordinating unit for the United States’ national effort to digitize natural history collections, including biological and paleontological specimens that represent species occurrences dating back centuries. iDigBio is a collaborative project based at the University of Florida, Florida State University, and Arizona State University that has been continuously funded by the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) since 2011. iDigBio’s primary goal is to catalyze excellence in digitization, mobilization, and usage of data about the biodiversity specimens curated in U.S. biodiversity collections for research and education.

Kansas Archive-It ConsortiumThe Kansas Archive-It Consortium (KAIC) is charged with facilitating a cooperative multi-institution agreement with the web archiving service Archive-It to provide a cost-effective method for preserving and making accessible web content that aligns with each KAIC member’s collecting areas. This consortium is composed of Kansas institutions committed to preserving and making accessible web content. Current members include the Kansas State Historical Society, the University of Kansas, Kansas State University, Washburn University, Emporia State University, Wichita State University, and Fort Hays State University.

Inhofe chaired the U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works (EPW) from 2003 to 2007 and again from 2015 to 2017. Inhofe served as chairman of the Armed Services Committee between September 2018 until February 3, 2021. From February 3, 2021, to January 3, 2023, he served as Ranking Member of the Senate Armed Services Committee.
Prior to his election to the United States Senate, Inhofe was an elected official representing the Tulsa area for nearly three decades. He served as the U.S. representative for Oklahoma's 1st congressional district from 1987 to 1994 and as mayor of Tulsa from 1978 to 1984. Before serving as mayor, he represented parts of Tulsa in the Oklahoma Senate from 1969 to 1977 and the Oklahoma House of Representatives from 1967 to 1969.

In 2020, Art Practical described itself as a visual arts publishing organization that was people-forward and equitable. The organization published with passion, rigor, and integrity through initiatives that included online arts discourse, podcasts, books, educational programs, and public events. As a platform, Art Practical embraced these many forms to connect diverse regional voices and amplify underrepresented perspectives from the Bay Area and broader West Coast. Art Practical was founded by Patricia Maloney, who served as its director through 2016. Michele Carlson was director from 2016–2019. Christina Linden took up the directorship in the fall of 2019. The content published by Art Practical and Daily Serving, a sister publication that was published by Art Practical from 2013 through 2017 (when the two merged) represents hundreds of artists, galleries, arts institutions, and projects in the voices of over 450 writers and contributors. From 2014 to 2020, Art Practical was published through California College of the Arts (CCA) in San Francisco.

Charles County Public LibraryCharles County Public Library System (CCPL) has four physical buildings and one mobile library. The Waldorf West and P.D. Brown Memorial branches are both located in Waldorf. The La Plata branch serves as the administrative headquarters for the system and is located in the town of La Plata. The western side of the county is served by the Potomac Branch located in Ruth B. Swann Park in Indian Head. CCPL has a staff of more than 100 full-time and part-time employees. Our branches house over 200,000 volumes of printed material, audio books, film, and other documents. Currently, there are over 75,000 county residents who have library cards and that number grows every day.

A brief history of the County: The Mormon pioneers arrived in the Salt Lake valley in 1847 to establish a religious settlement, and the “State of Deseret” government was created. The Legislative Assembly officially created Great Salt Lake County on January 31, 1850. Over 11,000 residents lived in the County at that time. The first formal meeting of Salt Lake County government occurred on March 15, 1852, eighteen months after the Utah Territory was established by the United States Congress. Probate judges and county selectmen functioned in what was known as the County Court. The duties of the County Court included both judicial and executive powers for the administration of county government. With statehood in 1896, a county commission was created. At this time, County government had a County Auditor, Assessor, Attorney, Clerk, Recorder, Sheriff, Surveyor, and Treasurer – the same independent offices that exist today. In 2000, a new Mayor/Council form of government was chosen by the voters to replace the County Commission. Today, County government serves over 1 million residents.

Digital British Islam ProjectThis is the archiving site for the ESRC funded Digital British Islam project (grant number ES/W002175/1), UWTSD's project partners are Coventry University and the University of Edinburgh. The three-year project, entitled ‘Digital British Islam: How do Cyber Islamic Environments impact everyday life?’, is led by Professor Gary R. Bunt (University of Wales Trinity Saint David - UWTSD), with Co-Investigator Dr Sariya Cheruvallil-Contractor (Coventry University) and Co-Investigator Professor Frédéric Volpi (University of Edinburgh). The team includes two research fellows, Dr Khadijah Elshayyal and Dr Sadek Hamid, and two Post-Doctoral Researchers: Dr Laura Jones (UWTSD) and Dr Alamgir Ahmed (Coventry University).
The archiving team comprises Professor Bunt, Dr Hamid, Dr Ahmed and Dr Jones. The archives explore different aspects of ‘Cyber-Islamic environments’ (CIEs), an umbrella term used to describe how different forms of internet media are used within diverse Muslim contexts. The research maps how CIEs are growing and evolving in relation to intergenerational changes within diverse UK Muslim communities. Using a range of methodological approaches, the research team are exploring how digital practices are shaping every day, in-person and ‘real’ experiences of Muslim beliefs in Britain - focused on three themes that generate much public debate - religious authority, gender, and political agency. Collections will be released in stages, and will continue to be updated during the project's duration.

The Internet Archive is presenting searchable online libraries of the Philadelphia-region’s political advertising, television news, and a wide range of related web and social media content leading up to the 2014 election. We are collaborating with a variety of scholars, journalists and civic organizations to facilitate their assessment of how local media are meeting the information needs of their communities and the influence of political spending on the media ecosystem.
Established in 1962, the Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute Library is one of the major art history reference libraries in the country. Focusing on post-medieval art, the Clark Library’s collection is outstanding in Italian and Northern Renaissance, Baroque, and French nineteenth-century, history of photography, and contemporary art fields and is well balanced in other areas as well. The Library’s resources include approximately 280,000 books, bound periodicals, auction sales catalogues, as well as a growing collection of digital assets. The Library holds a collection of over 5,000 contemporary artists’ books, the Julius S. Held Collection of Rare Books, the Mary Ann Beinecke Collection of Decorative Arts, the David A. Hanson Collection on the History of Photomechanical Reproduction, and the Allan Sekula Library. Of note is the Library’s Institutional Archives and the Sterling and Francine Clark Papers which include diaries, correspondence, inventories of artwork, and personal papers of the Institute’s founders.

Citizens Against the Landfill in Hempstead (CALH) was formed days after a group of citizens uncovered surreptitious plans for a landfill to be built on 723 rural acres, at a major highway intersection, close to a small Texas town, and over a critical aquifer recharge area. It took seven years, over 200,000 volunteer hours, 43 garage sales, 4 fundraising dinners, and $2.2 million raised and spent on legal fees, but the landfill developer finally abandoned their second MSW permit application on June 25, 2018

The class consists of 18 diverse students and all represent the wide variety of interests and focuses of a typical young teenager in Chicagoland.

The Public Record Office of Northern Ireland (PRONI) is the official place of deposit for public records in Northern Ireland. Since 2010 PRONI has recognised the value of websites produced by government departments and all public sector organisations, and has undertaken a web archiving programme to address this. Innovation has been a hallmark of the Whitney since its beginnings. The Frick CollectionHenry Clay Frick (1849–1919), the coke and steel industrialist, philanthropist, and art collector, left his New York residence and his remarkable collection of Western paintings, sculpture, and decorative arts to the public “for the purpose of establishing and maintaining a gallery of art, [and] of encouraging and developing the study of fine arts and of advancing the general knowledge of kindred subjects.” Designed and built for Mr. Frick in 1913 and 1914 by Thomas Hastings of Carrère and Hastings, the mansion provides a grand domestic setting reminiscent of the noble houses of Europe for the masterworks from the Renaissance through the nineteenth century that it contains. The Internet Archive and the New York Art Resources Consortium (NYARC) have embarked on a collaborative project aimed at capturing and preserving at-risk web-based art materials. The project, formerly called the Consortial Action to Preserve Born-Digital Web-Based Art History & Culture and renamed as Collaborative ART Archive (CARTA), created a collaborative entity of art libraries building collections of archived web-based content related to art history and contemporary art practice. Through this collaborative approach, the project leverages shared infrastructure, expertise and collecting activities amongst participating organizations, scaling the extent of web-published, born-digital materials preserved and accessible for art scholarship and research. The goals are to promote streamlined access to art reference and research resources, enable new types of scholarly use for art-related materials, and ensure that the art historical record of the 21st century is readily accessible far into the future.
Inuit Circumpolar Council Canada (ICC Canada) is a non-profit organization dedicated to representing the interests of Canadian Inuit from across all Inuit Nunangat on matters of international importance. ICC Canada is one of four regional offices of the non-profit non-governmental multinational Inuit Circumpolar Council, which preserves and promotes the unity of Inuit as a single people within the Circumpolar Arctic, and advocates on behalf on all Inuit on the international stage.
McEvoy Arts was a private operating foundation in San Francisco that presented exhibitions and events that engaged, expanded, and challenged themes found in the McEvoy Family Collection. The organization invited curators, artists, and thinkers to bring new perspectives to the collection. These collaborations and commissions produced two to three annual exhibitions in the galleries and related exhibitions of film and video in the adjacent Screening Room, as well as dozens of public programs every year. Notable exhibitions included Isaac Julien’s ‘Lessons of the Hour’ (2020-21), ‘Orlando’ (2020) guest curated by Tilda Swinton, and ‘Ragnar Kjartansson: Scenes from Western Culture’ (2018). Admission to exhibitions was free. McEvoy Arts opened on October 28, 2017 and closed permanently to the public on September 2, 2023.

Sisters of Social ServiceWe trace out roots back to 1908 in Hungary where our founding members were inspired by the Church’s first great encyclical on social justice, Rerum Novarum (On the Condition of Labor). Sister Margaret Slachta was a pioneer in the field of social work. In 1920 she was elected the first woman member of the Hungarian Parliament, where she actively promoted workers’ rights, stressing the well-being of women, children and families.
In 1923 she formally founded the Sisters of Social Service (SSS) and adopted the social mission of the Church as the motivating thrust of their lives. They embraced Benedictine spirituality and had a special devotion to the Holy Spirit. After spiritual formation and professional training, they dedicated themselves to responding to the needs of those who were socially, economically and politically powerless. They believed that they should not only work to heal the wounds of society, but should spend their lives trying to change the conditions that caused the wounds.
During the 1920’s the SSS spread from Hungary to neighboring Romania and Slovakia, as well as to Canada and the United States. It was from the Buffalo foundation that Sister Frederica Horvath came to Los Angeles, California in 1926 and planted the spirit and mission of the Sisters of Service that we live today.

We at the Yellowhead Tribal College provide Indigenous post-secondary education to students in the form of in-person or remote programs, laddered from <1-year certificates to undergraduate and graduate degrees. Each program contains mandatory practicums, internship options, or work placements, as well as training in language revitalization and land-based teachings, delivered with the support of our Elders-in-residence. Outside of our unique programming, we offer foundational literacy programming (plus digital skills and numeracy), academic upgrading, and general studies that are transferable via over 300 post-secondary institutional agreements that we have developed and maintained since our start in 1986. Nancy's Very Own FoundationNancy’s Very Own Foundation is a Canadian private foundation established by the Honourable Nancy Ruth, CM in 1984. Nancy Ruth, who served as a member of the Senate of Canada from 2005 to 2017, is a feminist, activist and philanthropist. We are a group of cultural heritage professionals – librarians, archivists, researchers, programmers – working together to identify and archive at-risk sites, digital content, and data in Ukrainian cultural heritage institutions while the country is under attack. We are using a combination of technologies to crawl and archive sites and content, including the Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine, the Browsertrix crawler and the ArchiveWeb.page browser extension and app of the Webrecorder project.

For this reason the LDS Church History Department maintains “The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Web Archive Collection” (LDS Web Archive Collection) to preserve, not only official LDS Church produced web-published content, but, also selected web-published content whose owner grants permission for inclusion in the LDS Web Archive Collection. The LDS Web Archive Collection includes selected web content of enduring historical, cultural, and social value for present and future generations of members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormons), as well as scholars, and researchers. The LDS Web Archive captures, preserves, and make accessible LDS Church produced information published on the web. The web archive includes videos, tweets, and websites dating from 1996 to present. The Internet Archive’s Archive-it software is used to capture selected content. Some types of web content are difficult to capture and archive. Open Sound New OrleansOpen Sound New Orleans was a community media project that from 2007-2012 invited and enabled New Orleanians to document their lives in sound. New Orleanians could participate by recording, or making recording requests for, the important sounds and voices in their lives and adding them to a soundmap. In order to facilitate a diversity of direct dispatches from around our city, we lent recording equipment – and offered training in its use – to community organizations, neighborhood groups and individuals. While the project is no longer accepting contributions, previously contributed recordings can still be shared, reused and adapted by others (please refer to our license for additional information).

Center for Jewish HistoryThe Center for Jewish History in New York City illuminates history, culture, and heritage. The Center provides a collaborative home for five partner organizations: American Jewish Historical Society, American Sephardi Federation, Leo Baeck Institute, Yeshiva University Museum, and YIVO Institute for Jewish Research.
The partners’ archives comprise the world’s largest and most comprehensive archive of the modern Jewish experience outside of Israel. The collections span a thousand years, with more than 5 miles of archival documents (in dozens of languages and alphabet systems), more than 500,000 volumes, as well as thousands of artworks, textiles, ritual objects, recordings, films, and photographs.
Bowdoin CollegeWeb archiving at Bowdoin College is administered by Bowdoin Library’s George J. Mitchell Department of Special Collections & Archives (SC&A). In accordance with its charge to preserve College records of enduring value, SC&A seeks to archive web content created by the Bowdoin administration and the Bowdoin community to document College history.
The primary focus of Bowdoin’s web archiving effort is the official college website (bowdoin.edu), including its subpages (e.g. bowdoin.edu/academics) and subdomains (e.g. library.bowdoin.edu). The capture of official Bowdoin content also includes Bowdoin-managed social media accounts. Other non-official web content created independently by members of the Bowdoin community, primarily students and student organizations, is also archived (e.g. the website of the Bowdoin Orient).

Stanford Library's Social Sciences Resource Group supports research, instruction and collection development within the social sciences, including subject areas like political science, economics, sociology, anthropology, psychology, communication, environmental and public policy. The SSRC also includes CA state, local, US Federal and International government information, data and statistics. SSRC's Archive-it collections will focus on San Francisco bay area governments, IGO/NGO working papers, and other areas of interest to Stanford social scientists.

The consolidated archives of the Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph in Canada is a private, religious archives which is under the jurisdiction of the Congregational Leadership.
The goal of the archives is to collect past and present records of congregational members and institutions engaged in work that reflects the charism of the congregation from 1852 to the present. These records reflect the development of the congregation, the conduct of its affairs as a corporation, and the personal lives of its members and those served through its various ministries. It is the goal of the archives to make these records accessible to the public unless there are restrictions placed on the records by the donor or for reasons of privacy or sensitivity of the records.
We hope to collect and share in our web archives, our own organizational websites and social media platforms, and also the websites of related congregations of the Sisters of St. Joseph.

The Clyfford Still Museum is located in the heart of Denver’s Golden Triangle Creative District west of the Denver Art Museum’s Hamilton Building. The two-story, 28,500-square-foot building was designed by Brad Cloepfil of Allied Works Architecture specifically to display Clyfford Still’s work.
Considered one of the most important painters of the 20th century, Clyfford Still (1904–1980) was among the first generation of Abstract Expressionist artists. The Clyfford Still Museum collection represents 95 percent of the artist’s lifetime output, including approximately 3,125 works created between 1920 and 1980 as well as his complete archives.

New Mexico State LibraryThe state documents collection at the New Mexico State Library is the main access point for historical and current New Mexico government publications. This is accomplished through the State Depository Clearinghouse at the New Mexico State Library to which state agencies send physical and digital publications for preservation, distribution, and public access.
The New Mexico State Library State Government Website Archive seeks to preserve and provide access to agency websites and content that was historically printed. This preservation began in 2023 and will remain an ongoing preservation activity. New content is collected twice a year every year. The Library of Congress also has historic website preservation for New Mexico State Government Websites beginning in 2000 and collecting more information intermittently.
American Jewish Archives The Jacob Rader Marcus Center of the American Jewish Archives (AJA), located on the historic Cincinnati campus of Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion, was established in 1947 by renowned historian, Dr. Jacob Rader Marcus to collect, preserve, and make available for research, materials on the history of Jews and Jewish communities in the Western Hemisphere, including data of a political, economic, social, cultural, and religious nature. Today the AJA houses over ten million pages of documentation. It contains nearly 8,000 linear feet of archives, manuscripts, nearprint materials, photographs, audio and video tape, microfilm, and genealogical materials. The AJA exists to preserve the continuity of Jewish life and learning for future generations and aspires to serve scholars, educators, students, and researchers of all backgrounds and beliefs.

Tk'emlups te SecwepemcThe Tk‘emlúpsemc, ‘the people of the confluence’, now known as the Tk’emlúps te Secwe̓pemc are members of the Interior-Salish Secwepemc (Shuswap) speaking peoples of British Columbia.
The word Kamloops is the English translation of the Shuswap word Tk’emlúps, meaning ‘where the rivers meet,’ and for centuries has been the home of the Tk’emlupsemc, ‘people of the confluence.’
Tk’emlúps has always occupied a place of great economic importance in our region. Traversed by two major waterways, traditional Tk’emlupsemc territory was the center of major traffic and trade routes. Due to our community’s great economic and military strength, as well as our ancestor’s pivotal role in the creation of peace accords, the Tk’emlupsemc were designated the Secwepemc7uwi,‘ the real Shuswap’.
Our mission -to preserve and promote the vibrant history of Leaside for the education and enjoyment of present and future generations. To accomplish this we strive to collect the artifacts, stories, photos etc from the community at large to both digitalize and to display in a bricks and mortar location.
Archives of OntarioThe Archives of Ontario (AO) is one of Canada’s largest provincial archives, and a premier source of information about the history of the land we now call Ontario and its people. Our collections document the decisions, functions and activities of the Government of Ontario as well as individuals, businesses, and organizations whose records carry enduring provincial significance. Since the web sphere is a key venue for interactions between the province’s government and its citizens, the goal of the AO’s web archives collection is to preserve provincially significant web-based information resources and make them available for current and future generations. We began collecting in early 2021.
