Subject: Publication date

The publication date appearing in the information below the book's text is 1973 but further down "Edition 2nd ed., rev. and expanded" appears. Since SECOND EDITION and 1993 appear in the book itself on the back of the title page 1973 should be replaced by 1993 especially since, as the author mentions in the preface, two of the articles in the 1973 edition aren't included in the 1993 edition.
